Nasrallah Will Not Die a Natural Death

From Nasrallah Will Not Die a Natural Death:

MK Yisrael Hasson, who was also a former Shin Bet assistant director, said: "None of them will be absolved. Whoever bathed in Jewish blood, whoever attacked the honor and independence of the State of Israel, will not be able to tell their grandchildren anything, because they will never get to that stage."

"I have no doubt that Nasrallah will not die a natural death. The State of Israel will settle its accounts with him. He knows that better than we do."

Desecrate the dead and deal in their body parts

The Muslim Hezbollah leader and mass murderer, Hassan Nasrallah, says his armed group has body parts of Israeli soldiers killed in Lebanon during the 2006 conflict. The mass murderers are just doing what they're told:

"...When Allah spake unto the angels, ‘I will be with you: therefore stablish ye the faithful. I shall cast terror into the hearts of the infidels.’ Strike off their heads then, and strike off from them every limb!..."
Sura 8 - THE SPOILS, MEDINA - 76 verses

"...When ye encounter the infidels, strike off their heads till ye have made a great slaughter among them, and of the rest make fast the fetters. And afterwards let there either be free dismissals or ransomings, till the war hath laid down its burdens..."
Sura 47 – MUHAMMAD, MEDINA - 40 VERSES

Via BBC:

Nasrallah said they had the "heads, the hands, the feet and even a nearly intact cadaver" in a speech marking his first public appearance in more than a year.

He addressed Shia Muslim supporters at a rally in southern Beirut to celebrate the holy Shia commemoration of Ashura.

Body parts of Israeli soldiers have previously been used in prisoner exchanges between the two sides.

Surrounded by bodyguards as he walked through a Shia neighbourhood in southern Beirut on Saturday, the Hezbollah leader was greeted by supporters chanting "God protect Nasrallah," and "Death to America, Death to Israel".

Sheikh Nasrallah told the crowds: "Our fighters were fighting and confronting these Zionists. They were killing them and collecting the remains of their bodies.

"I am not talking about insignificant bodily remains. I tell the Israelis we have heads, hands, legs of your soldiers. We also have a nearly intact cadaver from the head down to the pelvis."

Hizbullah: We Can Strike at Every Part of Israel

More Muslim hubris, arrogance, and supremacy. From Hizbullah: We Can Strike at Every Part of Israel:
Hizbullah leader Hassan Nasrallah told Al-Jazeera Sunday that his organization is able to strike at every part of Israel, and had the same capability during the Second Lebanon War last summer.
From IDF Says Hizbullah Hiding Rockets from UN Forces:
Since its reinforced deployment last August, UNIFIL has carried out extensive searches in more than 90% of southern Lebanon's open areas, where UN patrols have found and destroyed Hizbullah arms, including Katyusha launchers, Katyusha rockets and explosives. As an alternative, Hizbullah is trying to transfer significant numbers of its short-range Katyusha rockets into built-up areas, mostly in the dozens of Shi'ite villages south of the Litani, to hide them from UNIFIL.

How Nicolas Sarkozy Could Destroy Hizbullah

From How Nicolas Sarkozy Could Destroy Hizbullah:

While the U.S. government designated Hizbullah as a terrorist organization a decade ago, the European Union has not. Doing so would require the consensus of all 27 member states, and several countries have been opposed, including Spain, Belgium, and, in particular, France.

Now, the election of Nicolas Sarkozy as France's new president may represent the best chance yet for Europe to reconsider its position. In a September 2006 closed-door session with Jewish leaders in the U.S., Sarkozy reportedly referred to Hizbullah as a "terrorist organization." During last summer's war between Hizbullah and Israel, Sarkozy defended Israel's right to defend itself against an organization he described as the "one aggressor" in the conflict.

Hizbullah uses Europe primarily as a fund-raising and recruiting ground. An annual German intelligence assessment estimates that 900 Lebanese Hizbullah members live in that country alone. A ban would significantly constrain Hizbullah's European activities, especially its ability to raise funds there.

According to Hizbullah leader Hassan Nasrallah, EU designation of Hizbullah as a terrorist organization would "destroy" the organization as "[t]he sources of our funding will dry up and the sources of moral, political and material support will be destroyed."

The U.S. should engage the new French president on this issue as soon as possible. Sarkozy is uniquely positioned to make Nasrallah's fear a reality.

The implementation of Security Council Resolution 1701 after six months

Interim report

Click here for the annotated version.

1. An examination of the implementation of Security Council Resolution 1701 six months after its passing shows that that implementation to be only partial and that the Lebanese army and UNIFIL have not enforced its essential provisions. Basically, south Lebanon has not become a demilitarized zone free of terrorist organizations and their weapons, Hezbollah as an organization was not disarmed, the process of rehabilitating its military strength continues, and an effective embargo on smuggling arms from Syria to Lebanon has not been imposed. The quiet prevailing in south Lebanon since the war ended is to a great extent a function of Hezbollah's focus on rehabilitating its military strength. In our assessment, as the rehabilitation process continues and Hezbollah's confidence increases, so will its daring and willingness to continue disregarding the implementation of Resolution 1701.

Interim report on the implementation of Resolution 1701

2. On August 12, 2006, the Security Council passed Resolution 1701, which ended the second Lebanon war and was supposed to create a new situation in south Lebanon . The resolution went into effect on August 14, after having been approved by the governments of Israel and Lebanon. 1

3. The Resolution had two main components :

A. Regarding south Lebanon (especially the area south of the Litani River): security arrangements in south Lebanon were based on the deployment of up to 15,000 Lebanese troops concurrent with the withdrawal of the Israeli forces to the international boundary between the two countries (the Blue Line). The Lebanese army was supposed to enforce the authority of the Lebanese government over south Lebanon , where there was supposed to be only one source of weapons, the Lebanese government, and to rid the area of the presence and activities of Hezbollah and other terrorist groups. To carry out the mission the Lebanese army was to be supported by an upgraded UNIFIL force of up to 15,000 soldiers.

B. Regarding north Lebanon : the resolution called for the disarming of Hezbollah and other terrorist groups (without specifically naming them) based on previous Security Council resolutions and internal Lebanese decisions (mainly the 1989 Taif agreement). The agreement imposed an embargo on delivering arms to Hezbollah (and other terrorist groups) and called for the Lebanese government to supervise the Lebanon borders (on land, at sea and in the air) with UNIFIL support (should the Lebanese government so desire). The resolution also calls for the unconditional release of the Israeli soldiers abducted by Hezbollah.

4. An examination of the implementation of Security Council Resolution 1701 shows the following :

A. Regarding south Lebanon : an unprecedented Lebanese army force was deployed (approximately 10,000 soldiers, i.e., four brigades), supported by an upgraded UNIFIL force of more than 12,000 soldiers. Their deployment created a new situation on the ground and Hezbollah is no longer the only significant force operating in south Lebanon . So far the area has been quiet (with the exception of a single incident) because Hezbollah, which focuses on rebuilding its military strength, has avoided initiating incidents. However, the Lebanon army and UNIFIL do not act to demilitarize south Lebanon and to oust the terrorist organizations and their weapons, as demanded by Resolution 1701, nor do they effectively hamper Hezbollah in its military rehabilitation. Hezbollah continues its routine operational activities in south Lebanon while adapting to the new situation, enabling it to deal easily with Lebanese army and UNIFIL actions.

B. Regarding north Lebanon : Hezbollah and other terrorist organizations (including groups belonging to the global jihad and the Palestinian terrorist organizations based in the refugee camps) were not disarmed. No serious attempt was made by the Lebanese government to deal with them. In Beirut and the Beqa'a Valley (as in the south), Hezbollah's military infrastructure continues its rehabilitation with no meaningful interference. The embargo on delivering weapons to Hezbollah is not enforced and arms continue regularly to cross the Syrian-Lebanese boundary. (The Lebanese army's impounding of a truckload of Katyushas was an exceptional act and not part of an overall policy.) The two abducted IDF soldiers held by Hezbollah are still in captivity and the Lebanese government does nothing to secure their release.

5. The crisis faced by the Lebanese government over the past few months, manifested by Hezbollah's efforts to collapse Fuad Seniora's government, also makes it difficult to enforce Security Council Resolution 1701. The Lebanese government is struggling to survive and avoids challenging Hezbollah's status in south Lebanon , and the Lebanese army has even had to move troops from the south to Beirut to deal with the internal crisis. The developments have an impact and are liable to influence UNIFIL's resolve to carry out its mission in supporting the Lebanese army in implementing Security Council Resolution 1701.

6. The quiet and lack of incidents that have prevailed in south Lebanon since the end of the second Lebanon war are to a great extent a function of Hezbollah's focus on rearming. However, the situation may change, and in our assessment the more progress Hezbollah makes, the more daring and willing it will become to initiative incidents and increase the erosion of the implementation of Resolution 1701. Hassan Nasrallah's growing self-confidence was manifested in a defiant speech given on February 16, in which he publicly admitted the his organization was rearming and secretly moving weapons to south Lebanon . 2

Nasrallah admits 'intelligence failure'

From Jerusalem Post:
In an admission which underscores previous statements made by Hizbullah, leader "Sheikh" Hassan Nasrallah said that his organization suffered from an"intelligence failure" regarding the size and timing of an Israeli response in last summer's war."Frankly, we were surprised by the size and strength of the response, "Nasrallah told Professor Sa'ad A-Din Avrahim, the director of an Egyptian think tank, in an interview which was published Saturday in the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Rai Al-aam. "I don't hide the fact that we expected Israel at some point to attack but the information we had did not suggest they would choose to attack when they did."

What Nasrallah is really admitting is that his plan to assist Ahmadinejad to wipe Israel off the map failed, although barbarians like Nasrallah are always at the gate, ready to attack Jews the next chance they get. But Israel is not asleep, Nasrallah. Even if she is, she has learned to sleep with one eye open. Israel and the West may doze off every now and then but with the beginnings of your ideology at Mecca in 620 AD up to 9/11/2001, we've learned the lessons for us to win the war on Muslim terror and even if you attack again, we won't go down without a fight.

Keith Ellison named to Judiciary Committee

From Associated Press:

Muslim Rep. Keith Ellison has been named to the House Judiciary Committee, a panel that has oversight over issues such as civil liberties, immigration and courts....

"I look forward to pursuing a progressive agenda in the committee, including the restoration of American citizen's civil liberties that have come under increasing attack over the past six years," said Ellison, the first Muslim member of Congress.

Ellison, a freshman lawmaker, said this week he'd like to see a ban on racial profiling, an issue that could come up in the Judiciary Committee.

Looks like not many folks are taking Sheik Ellison as a threat. However, I am. Lefties, like "Teresa", who I was debating with over in the comment section at Boker Tov, Boulder, avoid the real questions about Islam, because then it would mean confronting the nature of Islam itself. Islam is more than pretty fabrics and mosaic tiles. Islam is opposed to individual liberties. It is opposed to freedom of speech. It is opposed to equality for women. It is opposed to the equal treatment of Muslims and non-Muslims. The tenets of Islam, as expressed in the Koran that Ellison swore on, contradict the institutions of this country. Like Hugh Fitzgerald says, non-Muslims are not brought up to undo the legal, political and traditional institutions of the United States. Who cares that it was Jefferson's Koran that Ellison swore on? Everyone else in the days of Thomas Jefferson, including John Quincy Adams, John Ledyard, William Eaton and Mordechai Noah had opinions based on personal interactions with the Barbary pirates. You will not find any offering about Islam from any one of them similar in any way to what lefties tell us Islam is. Islam is fascism. Islam at its core is lethally militaristic and institutionalizes homicide. There is an Islamic crusade going on but Lefties refuse to see it. Lefties represent the people who are undermining my country, who are playing politics while the enemy commits war. Lefties want the US to lose this war. It's all about George Bush according to the Lefties. We know that George Bush will be leaving office in two years, but the enemy won't be leaving. The Islamonazis who kidnapped the people of Iran, the people of Syria, of Africa, of Darfur, of Europe, of Southeast Asia, of the Pacific, are not going anywhere - unless we push them over the cliff. The Lefties are part of a group who is obsessed with Bush and they hope that he loses the war in Iraq and they will stop at nothing as long as we lose the war. They won't care about anything, as long as Bush loses. But I care, because Lefties, who pose as academics, are really academic frauds. They are embracing the Islamonazi doctrine and I find that detestable. Lefties ultimately represent the weakest side of America in a world full of enemies that only respect strength. But I ask Lefties and Democrats, why, when Ahmadinjehad speaks, why don't you believe him? When Nasrallah speaks, why don't you believe him? When bin Laden speaks, why don't you believe him? This is post-911, there is no excuse for Lefties not to believe them. We did exactly what Lefties wanted us to do during the Clinton administration pre-911. We bombed former Yugoslavia, we ignored the attacks on American civilians and we paid a price fore it. Yet, Lefties are calling for us to behave now just like we did pre-911. It's utter stupidity. So what if a couple of more buildings go down. So what if a couple of more airliners go down. The deaths of innocents caused by Muslim terror are permanent and irreversible, whereas the hardships faced by some Muslims in this country are temporary, reversible and will cease when attempts to kill Jews and Americans here and overseas are themselves brought to a halt. I'm personally tired of having to endure the trumped-up concoction of superstitions and deceit which is Islam, merely because the world was cursed by having its main energy source located under the feet of savages.

Wake up, America!

Journal of hatred

A student journal recently distributed among Arab students in Haifa University displays picture of Osama bin Laden, Yasser Arafat, Hassan Nasrallah and Marwan Barghouti, with attached pages describing their terror activities and details of their lives.

According to the Arabs handing out the journals, they are merely honoring 'great leaders of Arab nation'.

What a joke, this so-called 'Arab nation'. This amalgam of nations, this mimicry of nations, this Arabian chagrin of nations contributions to mankind include vomiting forth 'great leaders', who in reality, are amongst the greatest criminals, murderers, barbarians and degenerates who ever slithered on this planet.

Thanks, Arab students, but I'll pass on 'the journal', although I do have a bird cage that needs its lining replaced.

Beirut throngs mourn murdered minister and revile Syria

With an anti-Syria fury that recalled the aftermath of the assassination of former prime minister Rafik Hariri, hundreds of thousands of Lebanese poured into Beirut on Thursday for the funeral of the government minister slain Tuesday, Pierre Gemayel. Demonstrators shouted for the resignation of Lebanese President Emile Lahoud, who is allied with Syria. They cursed Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and Hizballah leader Hassan Nasrallah, and spat on pictures of Gen. Michel Aoun, a Christian who aligned his party with Hizballah.

Britain confirms Iran, Syria continue to arm Hizballah

Foreign Secretary Margaret Beckett revealed during a discussion in the British Parliament that Iran is continuing to transfer weapons, money, and manpower from the Iranian Revolutionary Guards to Hizballah in Lebanon. During the month-long war, which began on July 12, Hezbollah fired 200 to250 rockets a day into Israel, killing 43 civilians and terrorising much ofthe north of the country. Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of Hezbollah, has confirmed the Israeliestimate. In a recent interview with al-Manar, the Hezbollah televisionstation, he claimed his organisation had restocked its arsenal and now heldat least 30,000 rockets, sufficient for five months of war.

Israeli military intelligence has warned the government that renewed fighting with Hezbollah, which it regards as a terrorist organisation, should be expected as early as next spring.

CAIR’s Extremist Makeover by Joe Kaufman

Via CAIR’s Extremist Makeover:
Tomorrow night, September 8th, CAIR will be sponsoring an event featuring the former President of Iran, Mohammad Khatami. Khatami, during the recent fighting in Lebanon, described Hezbollah as “a shining sun that illuminates and warms the hearts of all Muslims and supporters of freedom in the world.” Indeed, no matter what CAIR says, the core is still well intact.

The fact that four of CAIR’s former officials have been convicted in and/or deported from the United States, all found to have had ties with Hamas or al-Qaeda, is indicative of the “core values” that CAIR’s flash presentation speaks of, and it is the reasoning behind the speaking invite of someone such as Mohammad Khatami.

Seyed Mohammed Khatami served as Iran’s fifth President, from August of 1997 through August of 2005. Once thought of as a reformer, Khatami has embraced extremism on a number of occasions, most notably with respect to his views on the terrorist organization Hezbollah. Less than a month before leaving office, in July of 2005, he stated on Al-Arabiya TV (Dubai), “It is not in Lebanon's best interest to stop the resistance. We always support this idea. We believe that Hezbollah has an authentic Lebanese identity. We love Hezbollah… Hezbullah will remain and will keep its weapons.” And as reported in the New York Times, during the recent fighting that took place in Lebanon, Khatami likened Hezbollah to “a shining sun that illuminates and warms the hearts of all Muslims and supporters of freedom in the world.” Also according to the article, Khatami sent a hate-filled letter to Hezbollah’s leader, Hassan Nasrallah, which stated, “Zionists’ shocking atrocities in Palestine and Lebanon are a sign of their violent nature.”

Khatami’s visit to the U.S. has drawn the ire of many, including that of the Governor of Massachusetts, Mitt Romney. Concerning Khatami’s invitation to speak at Harvard University on the eve of 9/11 (following the CAIR speech), Romney stated, “State taxpayers should not be providing special treatment to an individual who supports violent jihad and the destruction of Israel.”

Jews Who Hate the Jewish State

In repudiating the Israel-haters in our ranks, we affirm not only our solidarity with embattled Israeli Jews, but also our own basic self-respect, a quote from Jews Who Hate the Jewish State, excerpted here:
"If they [Jews] all gather in Israel, it will save us the trouble of going after them worldwide." – Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah, Hizbullah commander

"I say this without fear: for those who believe in freedom and dignity, we are all Hizbullah now." – Norman Finkelstein, Jewish anti-Zionist

That any human being could proclaim his support for a movement whose goal is to annihilate all the world's Jews must be shocking to the normal observer. That a Jew could take this position seems all the more astounding.

Yet Norman Finkelstein, university professor and best-selling author, is by no means unique among Jews in his allegiances. His mentor, Noam Chomsky, has publicly embraced the murderous Sheikh Nasrallah. In fact, during the recent war, Chomsky was among several Jewish signatories to an open letter offering "solidarity and support" to the "resistance" in Lebanon and Palestine – meaning Hizbullah and Hamas. And these pledges of loyalty to genocidal fanatics have become quite common among Jews who distinguish themselves by their hatred for Israel.

How is it possible for any Jew to support those who seek the destruction of his fellow Jews? This is the question that intrigued Edward Alexander and myself as we compiled our book The Jewish Divide Over Israel.

Hizbullah's Children's Militias [Aged 10-15] : Over 2,000 Serving

From MEMRI: Special Dispatch-Egypt/Lebanon/Jihad & Terrorism Studies Project
September 1, 2006
No. 1276

Egyptian Weekly on Hizbullah's Armed Children's Militias: Over 2,000 Children Aged 10-15 Serving

In its August 18, 2006 edition, the Egyptian weekly Roz Al-Yusuf featured an investigative article by Mirfat Al-Hakim titled "Hizbullah's Children's Militias." The article reveals that Hizbullah has recruited over 2,000 children aged 10-15 to serve in armed militias, and that the Hizbullah-affiliated Mahdi Scouts youth organization is training them to become martyrs. The article is accompanied by a photo, which can be viewed in the HTML version of this Special Dispatch and at http://www.memri.org/images/uploaded/sd_127606_1.jpg .(1)

The following are excerpts from the article:

Hizbullah Recruits Children Barely 10 Years Old

According to Roz Al-Yusuf, "Hizbullah has recruited over 2,000 innocent children aged 10-15 to form armed militias. Before the recent war with Israel, these children appeared only in the annual Jerusalem Day celebrations, and were referred to as the 'December 14 Units,' but today they are called istishhadiyun ['martyrs']...

"Hizbullah has customarily recruited youths and children and trained them to fight from a very early age. These are children barely 10 years old, who wear camouflage uniforms, cover their faces with black [camouflage] paint, swear to wage jihad, and join the Mahdi Scouts [youth organization]...

"The children are selected by Hizbullah recruitment [officers] based on one criterion only: They must be willing to become martyrs."

The Children Train to Become Martyrs

"The children are educated from an early age to become martyrs in their youth, like their fathers, and their training is carried out by the Mahdi Scouts youth organization... [This organization], which is affiliated with Hizbullah, teaches the children the basic principles of Shi'ite ideology and of Hizbullah's ideology... The first lesson that the children are taught by Hizbullah is 'The Disappearance of Israel,' and it is always an important part of the [training] program...

"The Mahdi Scouts organization was founded in Lebanon on May 5, 1985... According to the organization's website, the number of [scouts] who had undergone training by the end of 2004 was 1,491, and the number of scout groups which had joined [the organization] was 449, with a membership of 41,960. According to the organization's most recent statistics, since 2004, 120 of its members have been ready to become martyrs.

"The organization's goal is to train an exemplary generation of Muslims based on the [principle of] 'the rule of the jurisprudent' [a founding principle of the Islamic Revolution in Iran], and to prepare for the coming of the Imam Mahdi [the Shi'ite messiah]. Its members, including the children, undertake to obey their commanders, to bring honor to the [Muslim] nation, and to prepare themselves for helping the Mahdi [when he comes]."

"A Nation With Child-Martyrs Will Be Victorious"

According to the article, Na'im Qasim, deputy to Hizbullah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah, said in an interview on Radio Canada: "A nation with child-martyrs will be victorious, no matter what difficulties lie in its path. Israel cannot conquer us or violate our territories, because we have martyr sons who will purge the land of the Zionist filth... This will be done through the blood of the martyrs, until we eventually achieve our goals."

Hizballah: We're Arming for Second Round

Folks, if you don't believe what comes out of the mouth of the IDF, then at least have the moral courage to believe what comes out of mouth of Israel's enemies. From Hizballah: We're Arming for Second Round:

Hizballah representative in Iran Muhammad Abdullah Sif al-Din said Wednesday that Hizballah leader Hassan Nasrallah has a new strategic plan to rearm ahead of the "next round against Israel." Sif al-Din said his organization had no intention of disarming and that there was no possibility that Hizballah would join the Lebanese army.

American electronic warfare experts in Israel to assist Israeli electronic warfare experts

Received by email from Gamla newsletter:
------------
August 23, 2006, 3:18 PM (GMT+02:00)

The American EW experts are interested in four areas.

1. The Israeli EW systems' failure to block Hizballah's command and communications and the links between the Lebanese command and the Syria-based Iranian headquarters.

2. How Iranian technicians helped Hizballah eavesdrop on Israel's communications networks and mobile telephones, including Israeli soldiers' conversations from inside Lebanon.

3. How Iranian EW installed in Lebanese army coastal radar stations blocked the Barak anti-missile missiles aboard Israeli warships, allowing Hizballah to hit the Israeli corvette Hanith.

4. Why Israeli EW was unable to jam the military systems at the Iranian embassy in Beirut, which hosted the underground war room out of which Hassan Nasrallah and his top commanders, including Imad Mughniyeh, functioned.

Don't be discouraged, folks, we will problem-solve these obstacles just like we solved the other Enigmas in the past.

Senior officer: Nasrallah 'must die'

"[Hizbullah leader Hassan Nasrallah] must die," a senior IDF officer told The New York Times on Friday in an interview published on Sunday. There was no elaboration as to how that goal will be accomplished. According to the officer, despite the UN ceasefire, the army will also continue to act against the supply of arms transferred from Syria to Lebanon.

With regards to Syrian arms shipments, the officer suggested that it might lead to a renewal of the conflict. "If we will see that Hizbullah is rearming itself and running southern Lebanon, I believe the next round is coming," he said.

The IDF launched a commando raid in eastern Lebanon overnight Saturday to prevent Syrian arms from reaching the terrorist organization.

Although successful in their objective, one IDF officer, Lt.-Col. Imanuel Moreno, was killed in the operation.

UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan called the IDF operation a "violation of the UN ceasefire."Yet despite this reaction, the officer believes that the international community will view these operations as justified. Hizbullah is "Iran's western front," he said. "The world understands that we are helping to stop the influence of Iran.

"The conduct of the month-long conflict is coming under increased criticism from politicians and the Israeli public alike. Responding to this, the officer said, "We didn't want to do any ground assault and we thought we could create the conditions for a cease-fire without [such an operation.]

"When it became clear that a limited strategy was not working, the army then asked the government for permission to conduct a wider 5-day-long ground operation.

"The government asked us to wait because of the negotiations, and we waited Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and most of Friday," the officer said. As a result, the IDF was left only two days to implement their operation before the ceasefire took affect.

Criticism about military shortcomings aside, the officer still considers the conflict an Israeli victory. "We believe it was important to stop the war with Hizbullah understanding that we can beat them anywhere, any time, and we did that," he said. "I believe it will change the situation for a long time."

Video: Hizbullah flags are back

Both sides of the northern border appear to have reverted almost entirely back to routine pre-war realities – including the presence of Hizbullah supporters waving the organization's flags right in front Metula residents. Starting Wednesday, residents of the northern town have been seeing Hassan Nasrallah photos and Hizbullah flags right across the border. On Thursday, Hizbullah members joined the party, driving along the fence and flashing "V" for victory.
