A few problems with Wikipedia's Jewish/Yiddish entries

Received by email:

A request for assistance from those knowledgeable in Yiddish culture and history. A rather tendentious Wikipedia headed Doctor's plot really could use some editing by people who have information as well as insights into this matter. While purporting to be a scholarly academic wikipedia entry, it appears to be, alas, a quite tendentious opinionated entry.

See here: http://en.wikipedia%20.org/wiki/%20Doctors%27_%20plot. This entry begins thus:
The Doctors' plot (Russian language: дело врачей (doctors' affair), врачи-вредители (doctors-saboteurs) or врачи-убийцы (doctors-killers)) was an alleged conspiracy to eliminate the leadership of the Soviet Union by means of Jewish doctors poisoning top leadership. After the death of Joseph Stalin in March 1953, the new Soviet leaders declared that the case was fabricated.
This is not the only entry dealing with Jewish matters / Yiddish matters that is in need of editing / correcting.

The entry on Yiddish language http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yiddish I am sure could use some work by people in the know. Take a look at it.

This section http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yiddish#The_20th_century in partular appears deficient.

I must add that even Wikipedia has a disclamer that:
this article does not cite any references or sources. Please help improve this article by adding citations to reliable sources. Unverifiable material may be challenged and removed. This article has been tagged since August 2006.
