Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko promised aid to Iran's military Thursday, and held talks with visiting Iranian defense chief Mostafa Mohammad Najjar. Lukashenko and Iranian President Ahmadinejad are vocal critics of the U.S. and have cultivated ties with other countries at odds with the West.
