Farfur (Mickey Mouse) was beaten to death by an israeli policeman Nahul the Bee died when the Israeli "siege" of Gaza prevented him from reaching a hospital Now there's a new character for Tomorrow's Pioneers, Assud the Rabbit
A girl asks the Hamas rabbit: "Why is your name 'Assud' ["lion"], since you are a rabbit?"
Assud, the rabbit: "A rabbit is a [term] for a bad person and coward. And I, Assud, will finish off the Jews and eat them. " The girl hostess agrees: "Allah Willing!"
This was part of a children's broadcast on Hamas Television this week. The program is called Tomorrow's Pioneers, which previously featured a fuzzy Mickey Mouse character named Farfur and a cute bee named Nahul. We've learned from previous episodes of the program that both Farfur and Nahul were "martyred" by Israelis. In the latest episode, we learn that Assud, the new rabbit character, has come from Lebanon "in order to return to the homeland and liberate it." Later in the show Assud and the child hostess discuss the eventual conquering of Tel-Aviv through terror.
Assud: "Do you know what the original name of our city ... Tel Aviv!"
Hostess: "It's our city: Tel-Rabia... but the Zionists today call it Tel Aviv, but it will stay ours... and we will return with Allah's will".
Assud: "How will we go to our city if the Jews took it?"
Hostess: "We will continue the resistance (terror)."
The program ends with singing: "We will never recognize Israel"
And the hostess emphasizes: "until we liberate our homeland from the Zionist filth".

Hamas Children's Magazine Glorifies Martyrdom
From Hamas Children's Magazine Glorifies Martyrdom:
The Hamas children's magazine Al-Fateh is published biweekly in London, and is posted online at www.al-fateh.net. In stories, poems, riddles, and puzzles, the magazine includes incitement to jihad and martyrdom and glorification of terrorist operations, as well as characterizations of Jews as "murderers of the prophets" and laudatory descriptions of parents who encourage their sons to kill Jews. In each issue, a regular feature titled "The Story of a Martyr" presents the "heroic deeds" of a mujahid who died in a suicide operation or who was killed by the IDF. The magazine includes illustrations of child warriors, presenting them as role models. The magazine's titular character, Al-Fateh ("The Conqueror"), is depicted as a small boy on a horse brandishing a drawn sword.

Waiting for Babies to Die Is No Strategy
Palestinian animals have fired five Kassam rockets on Monday, most landing near or in a child's day care center, populated with little children. Imagine the outrage if Israel had fired a rocket that exploded near a Muslim day care center. Get my analogy? If you're an arabist, you probably didn't. From Waiting for Babies to Die Is No Strategy:
Imagine if, God forbid, 12 children had been killed Monday in the rocket attack on a Sderot kindergarten instead of "just" being sent to Ashkelon's Barzilai Hospital and treated for shock. Former Mossad chief Shabtai Shavit, now chairman of the Institute of Counter Terrorism at IDC Herzliya, said, "Our strategy should be one of offense, not defense....When we were hitting their political leadership, military leadership, and weapons experts, Hamas looked for a cease-fire. The answer is not to send in divisions and occupy Gaza again, but to attack the terror leaders and the infrastructure in a smart, sustained manner. We need to change the equation from one of 'they fire at us and we respond,' to 'we attack them and they go into defensive mode.'" The real solution to the problem of rocket attacks, according to Shavit, must be a "war to the end" on the terror leadership and infrastructure in Gaza.

Palestinian Rocket Hits Vacant Israeli Kindergarten
From Palestinian Rocket Hits Vacant Israeli Kindergarten:
Palestinians in Gaza fired two Kassam rockets toward Israel on Tuesday. One rocket struck a vacant Na'amat daycare center in Sderot. "The center is currently undergoing fortification works, and this is apparently why there were no kids inside. I don't want to imagine what would have happened had the center been open," said a local resident.
Palestinians Send Children to Retrieve Rocket Launchers After Attacks on Israel
More cynical use of children in order to feed the hungry Islam machine. From Palestinians Send Children to Retrieve Rocket Launchers After Attacks on Israel:
Israeli forces combating Palestinian gunmen in Gaza killed Yehia Habib, a senior Hamas field commander in Gaza City, in an airstrike Wednesday on a group of armed men who had approached the border fence with Israel. On Tuesday two figures were seen moving in a field near Beit Hanun toward rocket launchers immediately after Kassam rockets had been fired on towns in Israel. The two were killed by a tank shell. Later it was learned that they were a 9-year-old and a 12-year-old sent to collect Kassam rocket launchers. "If these were children or youths, we regret the use that the terrorist groups are making of them," the IDF spokesman said Tuesday. An IDF source said: "Every Palestinian, including the militants, knows that anyone who hangs around these launchers is endangering themselves."
"This is a cynical use of children but we are no longer surprised by anything we see. A 14-year-old child has already fired an RPG rocket against an IDF force, a grandmother aged close to 70 fired a light weapon against a Givati [Brigade] force recently in the Strip. What were these children doing there anyway? The militants fled immediately after the launch and then sent the children to collect the launchers," a source added.
