In 1933, King Christian X of Denmark attended the 100th anniversary celebration of a synagogue in Copenhagen, to demonstrate his solidarity with the Jews. During the Holocaust, King Christian served as a rare example of refusal to cooperate in the murder of Jews. Almost all of the Jews of Denmark survived the war, while those in almost every other Nazi-occupied nation had their ranks decimated. In September 1943, the Nazis decided to deport all Danish Jews to the death camps -- but overnight a rescue organization was established and Danes from all walks of life helped to ferry some 6,000 Jews to safety in Sweden. Remarkably, less than two percent of the Jewish population of Denmark perished -- and Denmark later apologized for sending 19 Jews to concentration camps. One story (probably apocryphal, and popularized by Leon Uris in his book, Exodus) says that King Christian X bravely promised to wear a yellow star if the Jews would be forced to.

The "tiny minority of Moslem extremists" keeps growing
What is Al-Muhajiroun? It's supposedly a defunct organization which was banned in the UK, but is now opening up a branch in Denmark.
Al-Muhajiroun, an extreme radical Islamic movement that openly supports al Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden will open an office in Copenhagen in the next few weeks.
"We have already been in Denmark for long, but in the coming three weeks we'll make that official," says Sheik Omar Bakri Muhammed, the movement's founder, who was also involved in starting Hizb-ut-Tahrir.
Al-Muhajiroun aims to overthrow Danish democracy and replace it with an Islamic state with Islamic laws.
"Hizb ut-Tahrir doesn't think like us on a revolution of society and on a political struggle against the Danish government. While they are more moderate, we are more orthodox," declares Sheik Omar Bakri Muhammed.
He says that he new movement currently has about 50 members and that 7-8 of them have defected from Hizb ut-Tahrir.
"We support la Qaeda's cause, but have no links or communication with them, and don't support them economically - they themselves have enough money," says Sheik Omar Bakri Muhammed.
There are chapters of Al-Muhajiroun in 21 countries including South-Africa, Great Britain, USA, Kuwait and Syria, claims Omar Bakri Muhammed.

Wiesenthal Centre to Danish Prime Minister: Withdraw State Award To Holocaust Denier
Received by email:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Simon Wiesenthal Centre has urged Denmark's Prime Minister, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, to void a monetary award by the Ministry of Culture's Arts Council (Kunst Raadet) to Erik Haaest, known as the "Holocaust Sceptic".
In his protest to PM Rasmussen, Dr. Shimon Samuels, the Wiesenthal Centre's Director for International Relations, wrote in part: "Haaest reportedly received this prize for his work on 'The Danish Friekorps on the Eastern Front 1941 1965', hardly a symbol of Danish National pride", adding, "Haaest's citations from Holocaust denial literature go back to the 1959 volume of the Journal of Historical Review published by theinstitute of the same name, frequented by neo-Nazis worldwide."
Dr. Samuels cited the culture section of DR Nyheder, which, under a photoof the gas chamber states, "Erik Haaest questions existence of gas chambers at Auschwitz KZ in Poland". Another publication reportsHaaest as declaring Anne Frank's diary "a swindle".
The Wiesenthal Centre's protest declared, "your government's award to Haaest violated the commitments of Denmark to the European Commission and to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. This act legitimizes (...) Holocaust denial, incitement to antisemitism and is an offence to Holocaust survivors and to the families of all victims of Nazism. Our Centre urges you to immediately withdraw this outrageous award, to investigate its circumstances and publicly dismiss those responsible."
"Silence would only be construed by hate mongers as a seal of approval", Dr. Samuels concluded.
Attention Video Gamers
Folks, I love playing video games, they are a hobby of mine. I've been playing video games for years, ever since "Adventure" was installed on DEC's mainframes and when "Zork" was just the doctoral thesis for its authors who were just grad students at MIT, so, it should come as no surprise that I visit game sites weekly to discover what new titles are about to go gold. Well, I just discovered the announcement for Global Conflicts: Palestine, a new title from a software company in Denmark, a title as insulting to Jews everywhere, as if Palestine were a real country. I find it loathsome. Just by the title, you can immediately tell what point of view this piece of crap is coming from. To confirm, I visited the website, which is chock full of links to pro-palestinian human rights groups, and links to maps, none of which include the maps being printed in the Palestinian Authority's textbooks that show no acknowledgement of the legitimate and sovereign nation of Israel anywhere. The developer is a company called Serious Games Interactive. But no surprise there, considering how saturated Denmark is with its raging seething Muslim inner ghettos.
By the way, where does Denmark stand as a nation among nations? The fraudulent UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) shows that UNRWA's $462 million 2006 budget, $137m. came from the US, $41m. from Sweden, $27m. from the UK and $12m. from Denmark.
And we all remember the Muslim riots following the publication of 12 caricatures of the prophet Mohammed in the then obscure Danish newspaper Jyllands Posten, in September 2005. The seeds of Islamic attacks against Denmark, as a stepping-stone to the Islamist takeover of Europe, were planted long before the cartoons were published. In April 15, 2005, five months before the cartoons ran, Palestinian preacher and leader of Hizb ut Tahrir (a radical group that works to establish the Caliphate), Sheikh Issam Amayra, from the al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, called upon Muslims in Denmark to begin a holy war, according to his sermon translated from the Arabic by Jonathan Dahoah Halevi, director of Orient research Group in Toronto, Canada. Amayra’s sermon warned that: "…the three percent of the Muslims in Denmark constitute a threat to the future of the kingdom of Denmark. And that should not be a surprise. After all, the Muslims in Yathrib [the city of Medina, before Mohammed moved there from Mecca] constituted less than three percent of the population there. Yet they managed to change Yathrib into Medina. Thus, it should not be a surprise that our Danish brothers manage to bring Islam to all the homes of the Danes. Allah will grant them the victory in their country in order to raise the Caliphate in Denmark."
Back to Denmark's own reputation, it is now a fact that thousands of German children -- many of them toddlers fleeing the Soviet advance -- died in Danish refugee camps at the end of World War II. A crusading doctor has set out to document their suffering and break long-standing beliefs about post-war Danish humanity.
I would like to know where the self-elected derelicts of history over at Serious Games Interactive were when 3,000 innocent people were blown apart by the same people who ignited Denmark? What
Here is an article that discusses a Danish Neo-Nazi website that lists Jewish Danes.
We also know that in Denmark, the Muslim community there has put a $30,000 bounty on the heads of Jews and those who support Israel.
We also know that in Denmark, the Koran (but not the Bible) is now required reading for high-school students.
I will continue to call for a complete boycott of travel and products from France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Holland, and China due to their support, sponsorship, and participation in global Islamic terror. The voting record of those countries at the U.N. openly endorse Muslim terror. Remember, every time you buy a bottle of Evian, a Jarlsberg product, a Spanish melon, a Godiva chocolate, a Dior lipstick, a Gucci bag, or a German kitchen, you are financing the next Muslim mass murderer. The European Union gives over $10 million per month to the Palestinian Authority, knowing fully the money is funnelled to buy, import, and train Muslim terrorists and their weapons of mass murder.
As Mark Steyn wrote, "the ugly European just got uglier. Denmark, the Netherlands, Portugal and other provinces of Eurabia are where explicitly Islamophobic parties are now a significant part of the political
calculus."
But I digress. Gaming companies like Serious Games Interactive should stay out of politics. One visit to their site will show that their self-touted educational games are based on anything except intellectual dishonesty, just slogans, vague promises of "peace", a failure to analyze past experiences - in other words, mostly wishful thinking.
Companies and pro-palestinian groups with their "good intentions" have caused more harm to the world, have caused more suffering, more wars, than anyone else. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. Their analysis comes across as very bigotted and without intelligent basis. Lots of wishes are inter-twined with less than accurate facts to arrive at fallacious arguments and their opinions are poisionous to peace and reconciliation.
Perhaps Serious Games Interactive sees themselves as an informed analyst but I wish that Serious Games Interactive had the guts to mention their recognition of the goals of Hizbullah as part of an axis of terror which also includes Syria, Iran and Hamas, to set the region in flames and dictate the Israeli-palestinian agenda, instead of launching a website simply to attack and berate Israel and Jews for defending themselves against Arab Muslim butchers.
The fact that Jews in the British Mandate have been attacked by Arabs since the early 1900's - was not because of any territorial dispute - but just because Jews existed.
Maybe Islam is the root of the problem. The fact that currently there are 30 conflicts around the world and 25 of them involve Islam proves my point.
Danish paper wins Mohammad cartoon libel case
A court ruled on Thursday that a Danish newspaper did not libel Muslims by printing cartoons of Mohammad that unleashed a storm of protests in the Islamic world. Seven Danish Muslim organizations brought the case, saying Jyllands-Posten had libeled them with the images by implying Muslims were terrorists.[Smooth: Implying? ] The Aarhus court said in its ruling, "There is no sufficient reason to assume that the cartoons are or were intended to be insulting...or put forward ideas that could hurt the standing of Muslims in society." The court ordered the seven organizations to pay the paper's court expenses.
Racism? You better believe it.
Folks, a hat tip to Solomonia for bringing to light this story about this new United Nations poster. Look at it carefully. Notice the Lego piece. Lego is Denmark's most famous company. Solomonia writes:
That's the poster the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights is using to advertize the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. Lovely.Since Solomonia has written about this, the poster has been pulled but it's probably because the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination was only appropriated a single 24 hour period beginning and ending on March 21, 2006, and not because the United Nations is not a Muslim tool, because it is.
Our friend the Sandmonkey is none-to-pleased: There is something rotten in the UN.
The UN simply cannot be counted upon to be a friend of freedom and democracy.
Charity Cash for "palestinian Poor" Was Siphoned to Suicide Bombers
Well folks, here is more proof indicting the "poor palestinians" ain't so poor as much as they are devious, murderous thieves:
Millions of pounds donated by British and other European charities to help the "palestinian poor" were diverted to fund terror and support the families of suicide bombers, Israeli prosecutors said Sunday.
Ahmed Salatna, 43, a Hamas activist from the West Bank town of Jenin, was remanded in custody by a military court charged with distributing £6.2m for such purposes over the past nine years.
The recipients included the family of a man who blew himself up at the Sbarro pizza restaurant in Jerusalem in August 2001, killing 15 people and wounding 107.
The charge sheet names two British charities, Human Appeal International and Interpal.
Other charities mentioned were the French CBST, the Italian ABSPT, and the Al-Aqsa Foundation, which operates in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, and Sweden.
Micky Rosenfeld, a police spokesman, said Salatna directly transferred the European funds to Hamas cells, suicide bombers, and their families.
"Jenin is known as the capital of the suicide bombers.... Salatna's arrest will be a major blow to those who rely on economic support from Hamas in order to carry out terrorist acts and to give their families financial backing," said Rosenfeld.
