The chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court will seek an arrest warrant Monday for Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir, charging him with genocide and crimes against humanity for a campaign of violence that led to the deaths of hundreds of thousands of civilians in the Darfur region during the past five years.
The action by the prosecutor, Luis Moreno-Ocampo of Argentina, will mark the first time that the tribunal in The Hague charges a sitting head of state with such crimes. Khartoum organized a local Arab militia, known as the Janjaweed, and conducted a brutal counterinsurgency campaign that has left more than 300,000 people dead and has driven more than two million more from their homes. The Bush administration accused the government of genocide.

Muslim terrorist yelled "allah akbar", same Muslim terrorist righteously obliterated
It took four security officers to finally subdue the filthy Muslim terrorist on a bulldozer rampage in Jerusalem which left three precious Jewish civilians dead. An off-duty soldier who helped the officers is also the brother-in-law of the army officer who took out the Mercaz Harav Muslim terrorist in March.
The guy in the blue t-shirt is great - he shoots the filthy Muslim terrorist rat bastard driver point blank to end the carnage.
Rot in hell, Muslim filth.

Palestinians Shoot at Israeli Bus near Ramallah
Palestinian Muslim Arabs open fire at an Israeli bus passing the village of Silwad in the Ramallah area on Sunday. No one was wounded, but the bus was damaged.

Muslims murdered innocent Jews 30 years ago too
On March 11th 1978, Israel was once again attacked when Muslim barbarians hijacked a bus and went on a rampage that left 35 dead and 100 injured.
30 years later, it is evident that it is not occupation that is the root cause of Muslim terrorism, but rather Islam itself that is the root cause of Muslim terrorism.
On the 11th of March, 1978, a Muslim terrorist cell from Lebanon infiltrated into Israel via the beach south of Kibbutz Maagan Michael.
Muslims killed an American photographer and a taxi driver and hijacked a bus, whose passengers, including many children, were on a day-trip to the north. The hijackers forced the driver to return to Tel Aviv. Driving on the coastal highway, the terrorists fired on passing cars from the bus.
When the bus approached a blockade set up by the police at an entrance to Tel Aviv, a shootout took place. The terrorists left the bus and fired missiles. The bus burst into flames and most of the passengers were either burned alive or killed by terrorist gunfire.
The massacre left 35 innocent people dead and 100 injured. The terrorists were identified as belonging to Fatah; nine were killed and two captured.
Following the Muslim onslaught, Israel set out on Operation Litani to root out Muslim terrorist groups who had found safe haven in southern Lebanon.

Muslim barbarian kills 8 innocent Israelis and maims several others
Meanwhile the Egyptians have started building a wall to protect themselves against the animals in Gaza. As JammieWearingFool writes, when the Israelis built a security wall to prevent terrorists from entering Israel and slaughtering the Jews, there were cries of outrage and "apartheid", but now that Egypt is doing it, there is silence from the global community, and therefore, tacit approval.
Ya'aqov Ben-Yehudah has additional information on the Jewish hero who shot the muslim barbarian dead.
It's sickening that the civilized world has to endure the trumped-up concoction of superstitions and deceit which is Islam, merely because the world was cursed by having its main energy source located under the feet of muslim savages.

Israel's War to Halt Palestinian Rocket Attacks
The Kassam rocket threat started in 2001 and grew when the Palestinian Authority was under Fatah control. Even after the death of Arafat in November 2004, Kassam rocket fire from Gaza continued under the regime of Mahmoud Abbas. True, Abbas called on Palestinians to stop firing rockets into Israel in 2006, but on the ground, he and the Fatah leadership were either unwilling or unable to halt the Hamas attacks as they increased.
After Israel's disengagement from Gaza, the number of confirmed rocket strikes against Israel increased by more than 500 percent. The 2005 Gaza disengagement provided Hamas with a sense of empowerment and self-confidence that led to a clear-cut escalation in the employment of the rocket capabilities that they had previously acquired. The disengagement from Gaza led to the loss of Israeli control over the Philadelphi route between the Gaza Strip and Egyptian Sinai, allowing for a significant increase in the range and quantity of rockets in the Palestinian arsenal.
Israeli security forces recently discovered in the western Negev the remains of a new 175 mm. rocket of Iranian origin that has a range of 26 kilometers. Israeli security sources are also concerned that Iran will try to smuggle its Fajr rockets to Gaza in the future. A 45-kilometer-range Fajr 3, for example, could be smuggled in sections and assembled in Gaza. As long as the Philadelphi route is open for Hamas smuggling, the risk to Israel will grow as Iran exports rockets of increasing range to the Gaza Strip. The port of Ashdod is the next likely target, but should Fajr rockets reach Gaza, there is no reason why Hamas cannot pose a threat to Tel Aviv.
Presently, the Hamas leadership understands that repeated Katyusha attacks against Ashkelon will result in an Israeli ground incursion that can cost them nearly one hundred of their personnel. But without addressing the Philadelphi route or the northern Gaza launch sites, it is doubtful that these kinds of deterrence calculations alone will bring the Hamas rockets to a halt and alleviate the misery of the Israeli residents of Sderot.

Palestinian Rockets Rain Down on Ashkelon and Sderot
Palestinians in Gaza fired at least 28 rockets at Israel Wednesday morning, including 11 at Ashkelon and 12 at Sderot. Hamas claimed responsibility for the killing of an Ecuadorian volunteer on a kibbutz near Gaza by a Palestinian sniper on Tuesday.

'Teddy bear' teacher gets to live
A British teacher jailed after she allowed her students to name a teddy bear Muhammad was released Monday and then boarded a flight back to Britain hours after Sudan's president pardoned her, a British Embassy spokesman said. The teacher, Gillian Gibbons, said she did not intend to offend anyone and had great respect for Islam. She was pardoned, as if she had committed murder. But she didn't commit murder; all she did was allow a Muslim student to name a teddy bear after his own namesake, Muhammad. This all makes sense if one believes the hype that Islam is not a conquering, imperialistic, territorial, barbaric and aggressive theosophy which has evolved into a "religion of peace", in spite of the overwhelming empirical historical evidence that it is not.

Muslims threatening Muslims
Osama bin Laden will release a new message soon declaring war on Pakistani President Gen. Pervez Musharraf, al-Qaida announced Thursday.
The announcement of the upcoming message came as al-Qaida released a new video in which bin Laden's deputy, Ayman al-Zawahri, boasted that the United States was being defeated in Afghanistan, Iraq and other fronts.
Speakers in the video promised more fighting in Afghanistan, North Africa and Sudan's Darfur region.

In Israel, Palestinians tell of Hamas butchery
Shadi, 23, a Palestinian policemen who was attacked by Hamas gunmen, is hospitalized in Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv. "There were five of them. They stood over me and shot my legs from the knee down. One of them put his Kalashnikov to my head. Instinctively I moved the barrel aside and the bullet hit my hand," Shadi said Wednesday. He arrived at Ichilov with one leg amputated and the other leg crushed. "I wanted to shoot myself for voting Hamas," another patient said. He came with his brother, who had been shot in the head while evacuating wounded people in his taxi. "Hamas has money and weapons for the next 20 years. All the youngsters want to join it," he said. Zecharia Alrai, 39, an officer in Fatah's Force 17, had been abducted by four Hamas gunmen who shot three bullets into his leg. "How ironic that Israel is rescuing us from our Muslim 'brothers,'" he said.

Hamas Gunmen Hunt Down Fatah Rivals in Gaza
Security officers loyal to Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah faction were fleeing Gaza City as Islamist Hamas death squads roamed the streets. After the battles, Hamas men hunted down their foes, blowing up their houses, witnesses said. One Fatah member, who called himself Ahmed, said Hamas gunmen had killed eight of his friends: "I escaped by a miracle. Hamas is carrying out an execution campaign against us." Hamas gunmen deployed near the Rafah border crossing with Egypt and the Erez crossing with Israel to prevent any Fatah officials from escaping. "There is no dialogue with Fatah any more. It is only the rifle between us and them," said top Hamas official Nizar Rayyan.
Hamas Executes Fatah Men as Their Wives and Children Watch
A witness named Amjad said men were killed as their wives and children watched. "They are executing them one by one," Amjad said by telephone. "They are carrying one of them on their shoulders, putting him on a sand dune, turning him around and shooting." Fatah officials said Hamas shot and killed seven of its fighters outside the Preventive Security building. A doctor at Shifa Hospital said he examined two bodies that had been shot in the head at close range.

"Don't Shoot, We're Not Jews"
The Fatah security services ruled Gaza City for 15 years but are now holed up in fortified bunkers awaiting a fully-fledged assault by Hamas. "They're firing at us, firing RPGs, firing mortars. We're not Jews," the brother of Jamal Abu Jediyan, a Fatah commander, pleaded during a live telephone conversation with a Palestinian radio station. Minutes later both men were dragged into the streets and riddled with bullets.

A Culture of Violence Rules the Palestinian Territories
The all-against-all infighting and its basic code have become the mental and psychological makeup of the Palestinian people, as a natural result of the predominant discourse of hostility and incitement. This discourse has been adopted by Palestinians of all persuasions and in all the factions – religious, pan-Arab revolutionary, and leftist. It is a discourse whose aim was sowing hatred, having recourse to violence, and enjoying spilling blood.
At first it was directed against the so-called Israeli enemy, and it uprooted any possibility of or tendency towards rational mutual comprehension or of recourse to discussion, dialogue, and negotiation - what is known as peaceful resolution - and it raised the slogan of "clinging to the choice of resistance." But one clings to goals, not methods, and resistance (meaning armed resistance) cannot, psychologically and culturally, be the only choice for peoples to achieve their goals, without there being any alternative.
The discourse of violence had already managed to be the only one on the scene, which was emptied of any counter-discourse when the rational thinkers fled or were forced to keep out of sight - amidst the vast flood of feelings of violence that began to sweep away everything in its path.
The predominant discourse of violence, most of which was formed by the religious discourse, was not the discourse of a means that attempts to achieve a goal, but rather was a discourse of violence and sacred killing in the name of jihad. This was translated into political language in the slogan that the Arab-Israeli struggle is an existential struggle, and not a struggle over borders, and its implementation in practice was the so-called martyrdom-seeking operations for killing Israeli civilians. The hatred was transformed from hatred of Zionism to hatred of Jews - "the sons of apes and pigs."
Perhaps no one has noticed that when you take an individual or a group away from the culture of using reason and peaceful dialogue, and replace it with the culture of violence and of killing those who are different, you cannot then afterwards control it and direct it to be used against one single side.

Palestinian Rocket Kills Israeli Woman
Palestinian rocket fire from Gaza killed a 32-year-old Israeli woman Monday night and seriously wounded another civilian in the city of Sderot. Shirel Friedman was the 9th Israeli to be killed by Palestinian rockets. "No nation would tolerate such terror," said David Baker, an Israeli government spokesman. "Israel certainly won't. We will put an end to these rocket attacks, and we will do so with determination." Hamas and Islamic Jihad have fired more than 160 rockets from Gaza into Israel over the past week, Israeli military officials said, including 13 on Monday.

Who is Abd al-Hadi al-Iraqi?
Abd al-Hadi al-Iraqi, a former major in Saddam Hussein’s army, was apprehended as he tried to enter Iraq from Iran and was transferred this week to the “high-value detainee programme” at Guantanamo Bay.
Abd al-Hadi was taken into CIA custody last year, it emerged from US intelligence sources yesterday, in a move which suggests that he was interrogated for months in a “ghost prison” before being transferred to the internment camp in Cuba.
Abd al-Hadi, 45, was regarded as one of al-Qaeda’s most experienced, most intelligent and most ruthless commanders. Senior counter-terrorism sources told The Times that he was the man who, in 2003, identified Britain as the key battleground for exporting al-Qaeda’s holy war to Europe.
I hope you die choking on your own blood, you unholy detestable bastard.

Al-Qaeda "Planning Big British Attack"
Al-Qaeda leaders in Iraq are planning the first "large-scale" terrorist attacks on Britain and other Western targets with the help of supporters in Iran, according to a leaked intelligence report. Spy chiefs warn that one operative had said he was planning an attack on "a par with Hiroshima and Nagasaki" in an attempt to "shake the Roman throne," a reference to the West. There is no evidence of a formal relationship between al-Qaeda, a Sunni group, and the Shi'ite regime of President Ahmadinejad, but experts suggest that Iran's leaders may be turning a blind eye to the terrorist organization's activities.

Palestinian murderer/bombmaker killed in Nablus
During an IDF arrest operation Saturday night in Nablus, Tanzim terrorist Amin Mahmoud Amin Lubadeh and Islamic Jihad terrorist Fahdel Muhammad Mahmoud Nur were killed in exchanges of fire with IDF forces during an attempt to arrest them. Lubadeh was the leading manufacturer of bombs and explosive belts in the Samaria region and was involved in numerous attacks. His activity was funded by Iran through Hizbullah and by terror operatives in Gaza. Fahdel Nur was involved in planning suicide bombings and recruiting bombers for attacks inside Israel.

Israel cannot be blamed for pan-Arab roots of al-Haram (shame)
Excerpted from FLAME:
In the prevailing Arab “narrative,” all the problems in the Arab world are due to Israel. In the Arab world, where Osama bin Laden is the Arabs’ most adulated hero because he committed the 9/11 deed (though everyone in that world also knows that “Israel’s Mossad was responsible for 9/11”), the crazy logic that “Israel is the cause of all Arab misfortunes” does indeed make sense.
However, in our world, a world that strives for rational analysis by means of objectivity and the evaluation of all relevant facts, things look different.
In the real world, Israel cannot be blamed for:
The Muslim enslavement of black Africans in Mauritania,
The mass murder of hundreds of thousands of Arabs in a 13-year Algerian civil war,
The endless brutal oppression of Egyptian Christian Copts in Egypt by Egyptian Muslims,
The genocide of 2,000,000 black African Christians and animists in South Sudan by Sudanese Muslim Arabs over the past 23 years,
The genocide of 800,000 black African Muslims in Western Sudan (aka Darfur) by Sudanese Muslim Arabs over the past 5 years,
The blatant religious apartheid of the Saudi government in Arabia,
The mass murder of Arabian Shi’ites by the Saudi royal family,
The de facto maintenance of slavery as an economic institution in Arabia,
Saddam Hussein’s murder of hundreds of thousands of his own Iraqi citizens during his 32 years of repressive tyrannical rule,
The current Muslim-vs.-Muslim terrorist carnage in Iraq,
The Taliban reign of terror in Afghanistan,
The decades-old civil war between Islamofascists and non-Muslims in Nigeria,
Syria’s brutal 27-year occupation of Lebanon,
Six decades of Muslim terrorism against the Hindus of Kashmir and Gujarat,
The Muslim repression of Hindus in Bangladesh,
Islamic terrorism in East Asia (Bali, East Timor, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia),
Muslim terrorism against Russia (remember 186 dead children at the school in Beslan?)
The brutal Islamic subjugation of women prevalent in many Muslim countries for the last millennium,
The Muslim persecution of Christians and Jews throughout the Muslim world since the beginning of Islam,
The fact that the “religion of peace” spawned a thousand-year war against the non-Muslim world (aka Jihad) a thousand years before Israel came in to existence,
The grinding poverty and lack of productivity that typify even the richest of Arab countries, as documented in three recent UN-sponsored studies,
The fact that, while not all Muslims are terrorists, almost all terrorists, for the past 30 years, are Muslims,
The fact that millions of Muslims every year flee their home states, Shari’a law, and Islamic sovereignty, to seek refuge, a better life, broader opportunities, freedom and a brighter future for their children . . . in Western states.
Until Arab leaders are willing to accept responsibility for their own cultural dysfunctionality, they and their unfortunate subjects are unlikely to emerge from social, economic and political bankruptcy. Obviously, blaming Israel does not merely miss the point, it also creates a profoundly dangerous misrepresentation of the root cause of the conflict. It confuses the arsonist (obdurate Arab hatred of Jews) with the fire-fighter (Israel defending itself against Arab terrorism). Given this intransigent Arab hatred of Jews and Israel---as well as the message of misappropriated blame---it is not just folly for the USA to pressure Israel to make concessions when negotiating Middle East peace deals; it is actually a mechanism that stokes violence by supporting the Arab lie, and it weakens Israel’s ability to defend itself.
It’s time that Western governments stop pretending to believe the Arab lie. It’s time to address the real root causes of the relentless Arab war against Israel and the Jews.
