Federal Judge rules reciting Pledge of Allegiance in schools is Unconstitutional

U.S. District Judge Lawrence Karlton has ruled that the pledge's reference to one nation "under God" violates school children's right to be "free from a coercive requirement to affirm God." Karlton said he was bound by precedent of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which in 2002 ruled in favor of Sacramento atheist Michael Newdow that the pledge is unconstitutional when recited in public schools.

Michael Newdow, god damn you to hell, you impotent, useless piece of DNA left over from a result of the Big Bang and elemental chaos. God damn you and the bio-chemical life form who gave birth to you. God damn Lawrence Karlton. God damn the both of you to hell. Oh, hell doesn't exist. God damn the both of you to Lake Pontchartrain.

Michael Newdow shouldn't be upset that I perceive him as a god damned waste of blood and sinew. If Michael Newdow is just a product of some carbon atoms and hydrogen atoms all mushed up into a bi-pedal life form, he makes a good god damned case for human waste by-products and a re-thinking of sewage systems in large urban environments.

What a god damned atheist Michaele Newdow is, forcing HIS religion onto the rest of us. No wonder his wife divorced him.
