Giora Eiland, the head of the National Security Council, told Israel Radio Monday that the test of the sincerity of the PA is how it deals with those involved in Friday's terrorist attack in Tel Aviv. If the PA is serious, Eiland noted, it will charge them with murder. If it isn't serious, it will charge them, as it charged terrorists in the past, with "damaging Palestinian interests."
