Humanitarian Assistance to Gaza Today

What the Arab-loving media doesn't want you to know. Via IDF Spokespersons Announcement:

Approximately 165 trucks of humanitarian aid and supplies were transferred into the Gaza Strip March 10, 2008 via the Kerem Shalom, Sufa and Karni Crossings. The assistance was organized with the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories.

The following is a list of the supplies passed through the crossings:

57 trucks through Sufa Crossing containing:
· 12 trucks of toilet paper
· 8 trucks of fruit
· 8 trucks of dairy products
· 7 trucks of meat
· 5 trucks of diapers
· 2 trucks of medicine
· 2 trucks of onion
· 2 trucks of yeast
· 2 tucks of water filter
· 2 trucks of school kits
· 1 truck of oil
· 1 truck of garlic
· 1 truck of flour
· 1 truck of reproduction eggs
· 1 truck of frozen vegetables
· 1 truck of chicken
· 1 truck of carrot

27 trucks through Kerem Shalom Crossing containing:
· 3 trucks of sugar
· 2 trucks of oil
· Donated by Egypt: 9 trucks of sugar, 5 trucks of flour, 4 trucks
of medicine and 4 trucks of rice.

81 trucks through Karni Crossing containing:
· 48 trucks of wheat
· 20 trucks of animal food
· 5 trucks of corn
· 3 trucks of beans
· 3 trucks of lupine
· 2 trucks of sesame

During Easter and the following Christian holidays, Christians from Judea and Samaria will be permitted into Israel for religious ceremonies and family visits without limitations on their age or numbers. In addition, 500 Christians from Gaza will be permitted into Israel, Judea and Samaria.
