Palestinians doing what they do best - trying to kill more Jews

Palestinians in Gaza fired two Kassam rockets at Israel's citizens on Monday despite the declared cease-fire between Israel and the Palestinians. In response, the Israel Defense Forces has altered its rules of engagement to allow troops to fire should they positively identify militants preparing to launch a rocket.
