IDF Spokesperson Update
An IDF observation identified two palestinians placing an explosive deviceon a road used by Israeli vehicles near the Israeli community of Elon Moreh, east of Nablus during the night. An IDF force arrived to the location and uncovered an explosive device weighing 15 kg. The device was detonated in a controlled manner.
