Anti-Expulsion Rally July 6 in New York City

The Committee Lmaan Tzion proudly announces the:

Rally to Save Eretz Yisrael and Yerushalayim Thursday, July 6, 12-2 p.m.
In front of the Israeli Consulate in NYC
800 2nd Avenue, between 42nd & 43rd Streets

The aims of the Rally are to:
1) Support Israel's current Gaza invasion and to pray for the safe return of captured Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit.
2) Protest further suicidal Israeli withdrawals that only serve to embolden terrorists and endanger Jewish lives.
3) Show that American Jewry stands with their Israeli brethren as they stand up for their G-d given rights and their G-d given land.

Anti-Expulsion Rally July 6 in New York City
Tuesday, July 4, 2006 / 8 Tammuz 5766

A grassroots rally against the Olmert government's continued promotion of continued withdrawals and "the erosion of civil liberties in Israel" will take place on Thursday July 6th from noon to 2 pm in front of the Israeli Consulate in New York City (800 2nd Avenue, between 42nd & 43rd streets).

The Jewish rock band Eden will perform and speakers lined up so far include New York Assemblyman Dov Hikind, Rabbi David Algaze, Miriam Armand, Shmuel Sackett, Shlomo Wollins and Helen Freedman.

Organizations that are sponsoring the rally so far include Bnai Elim, Manhigut Yehudit, Women in Green and Matot Arim.
