Storm's Formation, Path Went Against Convention

August 23 is the day that the Israeli govt officially declared that it had finished the expulsions (The last of the communities to be evacuated were officially declared closed military zones at 9:30 PM Israel time)

August 23 (5 PM EDT) is the day that Katrina first formed as a tropical depression

August 28 is the day that the Israeli govt began removing and reburying Gaza's dead, and September 1 they finished.

August 28 Katrina became a category 4 (12:40 AM CDT) and then rapidly escalated to a category 5 hurricane by 1PM CDT and the mayor of New Orleans orders evacuation of the city

August 29 at 6:10 AM CDT, Katrina made landfall in Louisiana

August 30, early in the morning (reported at 1:30 AM), the levee system in New Orleans breached in three places

All media personnel currently present in Homesh and Sa-Nur must leave by 21:30 pm this evening. After this time, presence of media personnel in the area will be illegal, since the area is a closed military zone. An IDF shuttle will leave from the gate of each community at 21:30 pm. This is the final shuttle and all media personnel are required to board it.
