IDF soldiers discovered an explosives factory in Kabatiya south of Jenin on Tuesday, Army Radio reported.
The workshop contained seven kilograms of explosives, a pipe bomb ready for use, improvised guns, and tools for manufacturing explosive devices.
Three Islamic Jihad "operatives" were arrested during the operation.
