I Stand With Israel

Folks, this is a message from our friends at I Stand With Israel:
We are only one month away from the global Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem! A worldwide, grassroots army of tens of millions of believers will be marching in locked step this October 2, praying behind nearly 1000 international leaders — Pat Robertson, David Yonggi Cho, Joyce Meyer, T.D. Jakes, Michael W. Smith, Benny Hinn, the Newsboys, and hundreds more — asking for the Shalom of the Lord to come to Jerusalem!

Out of Germany this year, a country with a tragic and painful history in relationship to the Jewish people, a strong remnant of Christians is now miraculously and humbly standing with Israel, praying for peace to come to Jerusalem. On October 2, Missionwerk Church in Karlsruhe, one of the largest Pentecostal churches in Germany, will be hosting the premiere ceremony for the Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem, as millions of believers are simultaneously united in prayer in more than 100 other nations on behalf of Jerusalem 's peace.

In order to fuel the dynamic ongoing ministry initiatives in Jerusalem — like the DPPJ, the Israel Experience College Program, Watchmen on the Wall, and the Jerusalem (Amos 9:11) Fund — local churches and prayer groups around the world are being strongly encouraged to participate in the Jerusalem Missions Offering. Please encourage your pastor or ministry leaders to be involved in this offering, or call our offices at 1-800-51-WINGS to participate personally.

If your church or prayer group is not currently registered to pray this October 2, please visit our Web site at http://www.daytopray.com and click on the link “Get Involved.” There you will find a variety of resources, including the DPPJ Packet, and quick links for signing up as one voice among tens of millions of others!
