Folks, this is an election about national security and liberty at home, prosperity at home, and homeland security for Americans at home and abroad. This is what war is about. It IS ugly. And it's going to get worse. Bush didn't start this war. Muslims did. Name the enemy, people! Get some courage!!
A vote for George Bush is a lit candle in memory of those who were murdered on September 11th!
Get out early on Tuesday, folks, and vote for George Bush!

The Bush Reelection Imperative
Posted 10/27/2004
By EDITORIAL BOARD
Last week we endorsed George W. Bush for reelection. It is impossible to overstate just how important it is that readers who agree that President Bush deserves our support — particularly readers in such swing states as Florida, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Ohio — go to the polls next Tuesday.
As we noted last week, the central task of the winner of this election will be to lead our country at a time when most Third World nations — individually and, in the United Nations, collectively — view the U.S. as the fount of evil, and when most of our World War II allies are part of a growing effort to challenge the hegemony the U.S. has enjoyed since the collapse of the Soviet Union.
It will be a time when well-financed fanatic fundamentalists from across the Muslim world, harbored and facilitated by Arab states, will continue their hit-and-run terrrorist attacks against the U.S., taking full advantage of the advances of technology and capitalizing on the unavoidably porous defenses of a democracy.
All in all, we said, Mr. Bush seems eminently better suited than Mr. Kerry for the job ahead. Although we believe the case for Mr. Bush is compelling from a comparative point of view, the very special negatives of Mr. Kerry make it imperative that our community come out and vote for the incumbent.
It was not too long ago when even the hint of personal failing was the kiss of death for a presidential candidate. Immediately coming to mind are the failed candidacies of George Romney, who noted in passing that he’d been “brainwashed” by governmental briefings about Vietnam; Edmund Muskie, who appeared to shed tears when a newpaper editorial criticized his wife; Gary Hart, who was caught in a dalliance with a young woman not his wife after he’d invited reporters to keep an eye on him; and Joe Biden, who all but invented a family history for himself by plagiarizing a speech by British Labor Party leader Neil Kinnock.
Yet here we have in John Kerry a candidate for president who, upon returning from Vietnam, joined with virulently anti-war elements bent on forcing the U.S. out of Vietnam — Jane Fonda was perhaps the most prominent — and testified before Congress as their point man that American forces systematically committed horrible war crimes as a matter of official U.S. policy.
In fact, the efforts of Kerry and his colleagues resulted in the broad deligitimization of the war effort and led to a Congressional cut-off of funds and the collapse of our military position in Vietnam — all this while our troops and diplomatic personnel were in harm`s way.
If momentary lapses were once viewed — probably with good reason — as windows on the character and capacity of candidates, how then should one take the enormous perfidy of Mr. Kerry? Indeed, Mr. Kerry remains as perfidious today as he was thirty years ago. How else to explain his labeling of Operation Iraqi Freedom "the wrong war at the wrong time" based on the alleged lack of sufficient evidence against Saddam Hussein and the failure of President Bush to fashion an ample coalition in prosecuting the war — when, in 1991, Mr. Kerry voted against the use of military force after Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait and the first President Bush had almost the entire world as allies in Operation Desert Storm?
While presidential campaigns have always been marked by hyperbole and promises soon forgotten, outright misstatements have not been tolerated. President Ford`s bizarre comment in a debate with Jimmy Carter in the 1976 campaign that Eastern European countries were not under Soviet domination caused his credibility to crumble and surely led to his defeat that November.
Yet, as has been widely reported, Mr. Kerry has notoriously "flip-flopped" on several major issues during this campaign. In recent weeks Mr. Kerry has also shamlessly exploited the stem cell research, social security and flu shot issues by palpable distortion and has created an impending draft issue out of whole cloth.
(It is truly incredible to behold Mr. Kerry as he attempts to raise fears that a Bush victory would result in a renewal of the military draft when a Republican-led Congress just voted down the only current draft bill — one that was introduced by a Democratic congressman.)
Can anyone recall a previous presidential campaign even remotely resembling Mr. Kerry’s, with its constantly shifting policy terrain and painfully transparent pandering? Perhaps the most striking example of Mr. Kerry`s transparency was the recent photo-op that had him dressed in fatigues and toting a rifle, with accompanying aides carrying four geese supposedly shot by the Massachusetts senator.
And then there are the vacuous summary declarations of the sort favored by Mr. Kerry: "Help is on the way," "I have a plan," "we will do a better job," "I will be able to persuade world leaders,” etc.
Yes, one is tempted to shout in frustration, but what, at long last, is it that you specifically have in mind, sir?
Mr. Kerry began his campaign by touting his Vietnam War experience, and he typically began his speeches with a salute and the words "reporting for duty." Putting aside the questions that have been raised about his war record — and bear in mind that he has yet to release his complete military file — does anyone really think that success at making split-second unilateral decisions commends one for a job requiring complex decision making based upon arduous consultation and policy choices drawn from often conflicting expert advice?
Mr. Kerry has assumed for himself the campaign persona of an unflinching warrior, and as such he rarely misses an opportunity to invoke the name of Ronald Reagan. This is the stuff of make-believe. In real life, he fought Mr. Reagan at almost every turn, championing a nuclear freeze that would have left Europe vulnerable to a Soviet attack and voting against the very weapons systems proposed by the late president that for years now have served as the backbone of our defenses.
Surely it is not happenstance that Mr. Kerry runs on empty proclamations and rarely invokes his twenty-year Congressional record — a record that led the non-partisan National Journal to label him the most liberal member of the United States Senate.
When it comes to Israel, Mr. Kerry`s negatives are of even greater concern. As we have noted in past edtorials, he has spoken of wanting to be an "honest broker" in the Middle East — as if President Bush`s insistence on an end to terror and Israel`s right to defend itself is somehow too one-sided. Mr. Kerry’s incredible comment that he would appoint Jimmy Carter and James Baker as his representatives in the Middle East still rankles. Indeed, Mr. Kerry`s principal advisers on the Middle East are senior Clinton administration retreads of the "moral equivalency," "cycle of violence" variety.
To be sure, Mr. Kerry now seems to parrot the Bush approach to the Middle East. But there is strong reason to believe that this is merely expedient — and temporary — political catch-up. Washington Post syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer is far from alone in fearing that Kerry will, in fact, reverse the Bush Middle East policy.
In sum, there is a strong case to be made for coming out to vote as a show of appreciation to George W. Bush. But there is also much on the record to convince us of the importance of voting strictly to ensure that John Kerry does not become our next president.

You still have two more days to change your mind and vote for George Bush
Think, people! Think!
Here's something else for the naysayers who want to vote for Anyone But Bush. We could take out bin Laden now. Do you know how? We can drop a nuke on his head. But, do you want that? Honestly, do you want the US to do that? Do you want to send 50,000 American infantrymen into the hills of Pakistan and Afghanistan the way the Soviets did in Afghanistan when thousands of Soviets died? Do you know how many troops Russia sent along with the British? This is the worst terrain in the world, folks! You've seen video of it! Massive armies back then weren't able to do what we have done in three or four weeks!
Folks, they just had elections there! They just had elections!! They've been killing each other there for thousands of years, they didn't even know what elections are!
So, think about voting for George Bush. Stop being puppets. Start recognizing that what Osama Bin Laden said on his tape on Friday were actual quotes from Michael Moore! Bin Laden accused Bush of letting 50,000 Americans suffer in the towers while he sat in a children's schoolroom while two planes hit the towers. Osama Bin Laden must be taking his cues from Michael Moore. This is what happens when people go beyond the pale. Michael Moore and his attacks on our president help the enemy! They - the enemy - are speaking YOUR words back to us!
So I ask you, folks, will you be on the Michael Moore/bin Laden/John Kerry ticket or will you be on the Bush/Cheney/On The March For Freedom ticket?
Six Reasons Why The Wall Is Holy
1) Site of the Holy Temple
The Western Wall is the only surviving remnant of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem, which was destroyed by Titus in 68 C.E. The Temple, the center of the spiritual world, was the main conduit for the flow of G-dliness into this world. When the Temple stood, there was respect for G-d, for His Torah - and for each other. There was no doubt about G-d's existence. There were no atheists. Every body acknowledged one G-d and understood the genius of His laws. The world was filled with awe of G-d and love of G-d.
The Temple Mount is also called Mount Moriah. This is the spot where Abraham bound Isaac, and where Jacob dreamt of the ladder reaching to heaven. The Sages explain that the name "Moriah" is actually a play on words: "Moriah is the place from which instruction (horah) goes forth, from which the fears of heaven (yirah) goes forth; from which light (orah) goes forth."
The Holy Temple served the non-Jewish world as well. When King Solomon built the Temple, he specifically asked G-d to heed the prayer of the non-Jew who comes to the Temple (Kings I 8:41-43). The Jewish prophet refers to the Temple as a "House for all nations" (Isaiah 56.7). The Temple was the universal center of spirituality, a concentrated point where G-d-consciousness filtered down into the world.
In ancient times, the service in the Holy Temple during the week of Sukkot featured a total of 70 bull offerings. This, the Talmud explains, corresponds to each of the 70 nations of the world. In fact, the Talmud says that if the Romans (who destroyed the Temple) would have realized how much benefit they themselves were benefiting from the Temple, they never would have destroyed it!
2) Permanent Reminder of God's Presence
The Sages prophesied that after the Temple's destruction, the Divine Presence will never leave the Western Wall. For this reason, the Wall will never be destroyed. The Wall is endowed with everlasting sanctity. The Talmud (Megillah 3:3) says: "And I will make your sanctuaries desolate" (Leviticus 26:31) - this means that the sanctuaries retain their sanctity even when they are desolate. (See "Secret of the Western Wall")
The Wall is therefore a symbol of the Jewish People: Just as there have been many efforts to destroy the Wall - and yet it remains eternal, so too the Jewish People have outlived its enemies and remain eternal!
In the Torah, G-d assures us that the Jewish People will never be destroyed. In establishing the eternal covenant, G-d tells Abraham: "And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you throughout their generations, an eternal covenant, to be your God and the God of the descendants after you" (Genesis 17:7).
As Mark Twain wrote: "Other peoples have sprung up and held their torch high for a time, but it burned out, and they sit in twilight now, or have vanished. The Jew saw them all, beat them all. All things are mortal but the Jew; all other forces pass, but he remains. What is the secret of his immortality?"
3) Place of Pilgrimage and Tears
During the times of the Temple, Jews from around Israel would make pilgrimage to Jerusalem three times each year. During the 1900-year exile, Jews would travel to Jerusalem at great expense and danger, just to have the chance to pray at the Wall. There, they would pour their hearts out to G-d, beseeching him for Jewish redemption. They watered the Wall with their tears and melted the stones with their kisses.
The Talmud (Brachos 32) teaches that when the Temple was destroyed, all the Gates of Heaven were closed -- except for one. That is the Gate of Tears. The Western Wall therefore also become known as the "Wailing Wall" - because of all the tears Jews have shed there.
From 1948-1967, during the Arab occupation of the Old City, Jews were forbidden access to this holy cite. Imagine the joy each Jew feels today at the easy opportunity to go and pray at the Western Wall!
4) Focus of Prayers
Three times a day, for thousands of years, Jewish prayers from around the world have been directed toward the Western Wall. As Rabbi Judah HaLevy so poignantly said: "I am in the west, but my heart is in the east (Jerusalem)."
Our mystical tradition teaches that all prayers from around the world ascend to the Wall, from where they then ascend to heaven. The Talmud says: "If someone is praying outside the Land of Israel, he should direct his heart in the direction of Israel. If the person is praying in Israel, he should direct his heart toward Jerusalem. Those in Jerusalem should direct their hearts to the Temple. As the Bible says, "And they will pray to You through the land which You gave to their fathers, the city which You chose, and the house which I have built in your name" (I Kings 8:48).
5) Built with Love and Dedication
When the Temple was being built, the work was divided among the different sectors of the population. The building of the Western Wall fell to the lot of the poor, and they worked hard to construct it, as they could not afford to hire laborers to do their work for them.
When the enemy destroyed the Temple, the Angels descended from on high and - spreading their wings over the Wall - said: "This Wall, the work of the poor, shall never be destroyed." (from "Legends of the Land of Israel")
6) Site of Jewish Heroism
When the First and Second Temples were destroyed, and during the Bar Kochba revolt, Israel's heroes fought like lions for every stone of the Temple. They have served as the example of bravery for Jews ever since.
Like them, our soldiers in 1967 fought in holy trepidation to liberate the Western Wall and the Temple Mount.

Six Reasons Why The Wall Is Holy
Americans of Mideast descent will vote for Bush again
About 4.8 million U.S. citizens originate from the Middle East, from Morocco to Iran. They are as diverse as the American society. The Lebanese-Americans, who landed at of the end of the 19th century, number about 1.8 million. The Chaldo-Assyrians from Iraq, are about 300,000. Other significant communities are the Arab Muslims, both Shiites and Sunnis, with around the same numbers. They come from different countries in the Arab world: Syria, Iraq, Egypt, Sudan, the Arabian Peninsula.
The Christian Copts of Egypt count more than a quarter of a million people. Iranians count above 200,000, and all others ranging from Turks, Kurds and North Africans may number around 150,000. A Zogby poll in Newsweek found 76 percent of these communities to be Christian, while 24 percent are Muslim. We're not counting the Asian and other African Muslims.
The most visible segment of this community until about 2001 was the dominant Arab-American and the Islamist lobbies. They claimed to represent all Middle Eastern Americans. A major shift has occurred since. Most Christian groups reaffirmed their representation and agenda, while a rising number of anti-terrorist and reformist organizations are now challenging the dominant Wahabi and Pan-Arabist leadership.
Their latest expression was the Middle Eastern American Convention held in Washington, D.C., on Oct. 1, with 750 delegates and 30 organizations.
Christians and Muslims who reject the jihadists found more of their concerns being addressed by Bush than his opponent. While they, like other immigrants, have traditionally leaned Democratic, they are trending toward greater support for the president in his approach to issues important to their mother countries.
The traditional Arabist-Wahabi associations have increasingly shifted to Kerry, to signal their frustration with the White House on the Palestinian question and the invasion of Iraq. But numbers wise, a numeric majority of more than 85 percent has moved to support Bush on the following points.
Terrorism: They support the campaign against al-Qaida and Hezbollah and their ideologies. They don't see the war as just eliminating terrorists, but as creating changes in the regions that produce terrorism.
Iraq: They thank the U.S. Congress and the president for freeing 24 million Iraqis from a genocidal dictator. The removal of Saddam is a central part of the war against terror. They support the democratic process in Iraq and seek international support for an Iraqi democracy.
Democracy and Human Rights: They back the campaign to spread democracy and freedom in the Middle East.
Lebanon: Evidently, Lebanese-Americans support the Syria Accountability and Lebanon Sovereignty Act of 2003 and U.N. Security Council Resolution 1559 calling for the end of the Syrian occupation of Lebanon.
Sudan and Mauritania: Black Sudanese are grateful that Secretary of State Colin Powell declared the current crisis in Sudan "genocide" and for calling on Khartoum's regime to end the 21-year civil war that has claimed more than 2.5 million lives in southern Sudan.
Minorities: Americans with roots in endangered minorities such as the Chaldo-Assyrians in Iraq and Syria and the Copts in Egypt believe a Bush administration will lead to greater autonomy and human rights in those regions.
Libya: Libyan-Americans are satisfied with the disarming of the regime of Col. Moammar Gadhafi and feel a Bush second term will press the regime to further reform.
Afghanistan: Most Middle East Americans applaud the removal of the Taliban and the establishment of a democratic government in Afghanistan.
Israel-Palestinian conflict: Moderate Arab-Americans support Bush's call for a two-state solution with a secure Israel and a democratic Palestinian state existing side by side.
Homeland Security: Finally, most Middle East Americans support a Patriot Act that concentrates on the jihadists and their ideologies. They believe diversity and tolerance are deeply rooted in the American culture. When 9/11 struck, they saw themselves as Americans first and will continue to do so.

I am Jewish and I am - proudly - voting for George Bush.
For those of you who are planning on voting for John Kerry, this post is for you:
If you are one of those folks who are going to vote for John Kerry, then 9/11 was nothing but a NUISANCE to you. September 11th was also an INCONVENIENCE to the 3000 people who were brutally murdered by an UNEVOLVED fascist sub-culture of Muslims.
What a NUISANCE it must have been for YOU that 3000 HUMANS were murdered. YOU had to wait longer at bridges and toll plazas - so that some DUMB TRUCK would get inspected by bomb-sniffing canine units. How DARE the Police and Army INCONVENIENCE you at tunnel entrances. How SELFISH of the Fire Departments to wave PURPLE and BLACK MOURNING FLAGS on the mantles of their stations that YOU passed every day REMINDING you of the terror that was launched on September 11th.
How quickly you have forgotten.
How INCONVENIENT that thousands of Israelis were MURDERED by Arafat, that filthy pedophile, while being FUNDED by Saddam HUSSEIN, who himself paid $25,000 per Palestinian family once their relatives were MARTYRED. What a NUISANCE it must have been to be a Jew in Israel while KATUSHYA rockets were being launched into their homes right after STREET SIGNS were placed in Gaza (ISRAEL, to the rest of us), named after the Palestinian TERRORISTS martyrs.
Life is SO INCONVENIENT for Jewish Liberal women on their first, second and third abortions. Just think about how INCONVENIENT it was to go to CVS and buy those condoms. That lump in your breast and the paralysis caused by that car accident? Although embryonic stem cell research has yielded NO results in MORE THAN 30 YEARS towards curing tumors and reclaiming nerve cell damage, ADULT STEM CELL research has, instead, yielded much better results. Would you really want the government to kill a HUMAN BEING so that YOU could be healthy? Would you really ask someone else to die for you? What a NUISANCE it must be to read a medical journal that defines how embryonic stem cells actually CREATE tumor growth because the cells themselves are still growing. Wow. File THAT fact under c:\DUH if it isn't too much of a NUISANCE for you.
So, on November 2, if it isn't too INCONVENIENT, re-think your faulty notions for why you have been seduced and coerced into believing that Kerry is the one to lead and defend us in the middle of a war that MUSLIMS started, and instead, VOTE FOR GEORGE BUSH.
Because in a word, you will doing the CORRECT thing to do.

Top Israeli rabbi says Jews should vote for Bush
Rabbi Shalom Yosef Elyashiv, responding to queries from Americans residing in Israel, has decided that Bush is better for Israel than his competitor, John Kerry, said an assistant to the rabbi, Haim Cohen.
Elyashiv's opinions are respected by large ultra-Orthodox communities, especially in Israel and the US. Elyashiv has strong influence over about half of all haredi Jews of European origin.
"Apparently George Bush loves Israel and thus we need to vote for him," the rabbi said Tuesday, according to Cohen.
The rabbi does not usually rule on political matters, especially those that don't directly concern Israel. But Elyashiv decided that the US is a "kingdom of grace," or great friend to Israel, and thus the elections there can directly influence the Jewish state, Cohen said.
About 140,000 American Orthodox Jews will probably abide by Elyashiv's decision, said Sam Heilman, an expert on American Jews at Queens College in New York. But Elyashiv is just confirming the theories of many analysts who believe most haredi Jews in the US vote Republican, Heilman said in a telephone interview from his office.
"What's extraordinary is that the rabbi is addressing non-Israelis in a sense," Heilman said. "This confirms that the Orthodox community, by and large, is supporting Bush more than Kerry."
But those Orthodox Jews who are already dead set on Kerry will not necessarily change their minds, despite Elyashiv's ruling, Heilman said.
The rabbi's decision will influence the vote of at least 10,000 American Jews currently residing in Israel, at least 700 of whom are from the battleground state of Florida, he said.

Arafat Collapses As His Health Worsens
Within hours, three senior Palestinian officials formed a special committee to run Palestinian affairs during Arafat's illness, according to a Palestinian official in Arafat's office.
The committee includes Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia, his predecessor, Mahmoud Abbas, and Salim Zaanoun, head of the Palestinian National Council.
The committee was to run the PLO and the Palestinian Authority until Arafat recovers, the official said on condition of anonymity.

Just War, Failed Peace
Yet led by a naive, almost Wilsonian ideology about the immediate and universal applicability of democracy, the U.S. got itself into hot water by maintaining that absent Saddam, democracy in Iraq would flower overnight. With democracy identified with a foreign occupying power, to imagine a quick transition in Iraq was utopian. Add to this the internal ethnic and religious fissures in Iraq, which make the very formation of a non-repressive nation-state extremely difficult. Then recall that democracy has no legitimate anchoring in any Arab society, hence no role model. Whoever becomes the next American president will be unsuccessful in creating a democracy in Iraq. Yet none of this should detract from the justification of the war. Israel and the Apartheid Lie
In South Africa pre-1994, skin color determined every single person's life. In Israel, Arabs are approximately 20% of the population. Discrimination occurs despite equality in law and is buttressed by custom - but it is not remotely the South African panoply of discrimination enforced by parliamentary legislation. Anyone who says that Israel is apartheid does not appreciate what apartheid was. A crucial indicator of the status of Israel's minority is that Arabs have the vote black South Africans did not. The writer, Benjamin Pogrund, former deputy editor of the Rand Daily Mail, Johannesburg, is director of Yakar's Center for Social Concern in Jerusalem.

Knesset Votes for Gaza Pullout
Israel's parliament voted Tuesday by 67 to 45 to approve Prime Minister Sharon's Gaza disengagement plan to close all 21 Jewish settlements in the Gaza Strip, evacuate their 8,100 residents, and withdraw Israeli troops that protect them. Israeli troops would pull out from most of Gaza by the end of 2005, but would retain control of Gaza's borders, coastline, and airspace.
Folks, it's another victory for the unevolved:
Hamas spokesman Mushir Al-Masri told Reuters, "The approval today of the Sharon plan to withdraw from the Gaza Strip is a big achievement of the Palestinian people and the resistance, which alone has pushed the Zionist enemy to think of leaving Gaza."
Illegal Coordination Between Democrat Shadow Groups, the Kerry Campaign and the Florida Democrat Party
“Most people would be shocked to learn that the Florida Democrat Party has spent almost no dollars on federal election activity in the important battleground state of Florida.
“The Florida Democrat Party isn’t spending federal dollars on election activity in Florida because they’ve outsourced their entire get out the vote effort to shadowy Democrat soft money groups that are spending millions of dollars to elect John Kerry.
“The Democrat Party must have saved millions of dollars this election cycle with similar illegal arrangements with soft money groups in other states.
“Once upon a time, John Kerry was for campaign finance reform. Now we know he is for it in theory, but not in practice.”
Illegal Coordination Between Democrat Shadow Groups, the Kerry Campaign and the Florida Democrat Party
It's October, But It's No Surprise
CBS News' "60 Minutes" admitted today they were saving the same story to air the Sunday before the election.
John Kerry seized on the New York Times headline to launch a political attack on President Bush, saying U.S. troops "failed to guard those stockpiles" and that is "one of the great blunders" of the war.
Senator Kerry and the New York Times leave the impression that these weapons went missing recently and U.S. troops were derilict in their duty to guard the stockpile--neither of which is true.
Network and cable news programs repeated the incomplete report and Sen. Kerry's attacks more than 100 times on Monday.
But last night NBC "Nightly News" reported that on April 10, 2003, one day after Baghdad fell, U.S. troops entered Al Qaqaa, accompanied by an embedded reporter from NBC, and found no such weapons.
It also turns out that our troops have found and destroyed or are destroying 400,000 tons of weapons and explosives.
There was no mention of either one of these facts in today's New York Times front page story, which regurgitated yesterday's charges and Senator Kerry's attacks based on them.
Liberal groups like MoveOn.org have already blasted out e-mails repeating the discredited report and urging people to vote against President Bush based on the flawed coverage.
We can not count on the media to set the story straight. We have to get the truth out to our friends and neighbors ourselves.
Sincerely,
Ed Gillespie

Folks, I will not be convinced that John Kerry was not given a heads up on this "missing weapons" bs. Within 24 hrs he had an ad up on his web site. How is that possible? If you see the ad on JohnKerry dot com, you will see that it was a full fledged attempt to boost him. It was craven and deceptive.
Are American people so stupid to fall for this? By nature Libs always fall for it, its part of their doctrine. So, folks, are you going to allow CBS and 60 minutes to determine YOUR future?

There is no precedent
Folks, there is NO precedent for an incumbent President to be defeated during wartime. There is NO precedent for an incumbent President to be defeated during an economic fracture - which we don't have right now, although the Liberals and Democrats are desperately looking for it and are waiting for it, but we don't have an economic fracture; perhaps we will have one when oil goes up to $85 a barrel, but right now, we don't have one.
So, who will be our next Commander in Chief? Who will run our military, which is what a Commander in Chief does?
Remember how poorly Al Gore performed in 2000 - it's a foreshadowing of how poorly John Kerry will perform if - Gd Forbid - he is elected President.
Only you will determine that, dear readers.
Folks, I beg you, please don't be idiots by voting for John Kerry. Remember 9/11. Remember the Towers crashing to the ground. Remember the 3000 who perished at the hands of an unevolved culture. Remember how the Twin Tower victims jumped out of the buildings rather than being burned by jet fuel. Remember the sounds that their bones made as they hit the pavement and the store awnings and the nearby rooftops at the speed of gravity at 32 feet per second squared. SPLAT. CRACK. BLAM. Remember the pits and indentations their bodies made into the the asphalt. Remember their broken bodies and squashed skulls and their brains splattered all about Pearl Street. Remember your shock and disbelief and rage and horror. Remember the smell. Remember how the dead died in the planes in Pennsylvania, how the victims were burned alive in the Pentagon. Think about how hot your shower water can get. Think about the burn of fire on your flesh. Think of the agony of running down 75 staircases, gasping for breath, and seeing a decapitated body in the stairwell, that you had to step over, to save your own life. Think about the cloud of cement mixed in with pulverized bone and spleen.
Remember and think! John Kerry will never remember the dead, he will never remember the murdered! Who will? Who will honor the dead? Who will remember those who died on September 11th? Who will remember the dead and place a stone on their markers?
GEORGE BUSH WILL REMEMBER.
VOTE FOR BUSH / CHENEY 2004.
JUDGE JOHN KERRY BY HIS RECORD
But Nov. 2 will not simply be a re ferendum on President Bush's leader ship. It is about the choice facing the nation — not just whether Bush deserves another term, but whether Sen. John F. Kerry provides an acceptable alternative.
The answer to the latter question is an emphatic no.
John Kerry comes out of the Democratic Party's elitist left wing, embracing values and goals that America has repudiated at the polls time and time again.
True, Kerry campaigns like a centrist. But his 20-year record in the Senate belies that flag of convenience.
Suffice it to say that John Kerry has rarely seen an expensive social program he didn't embrace — or a national-security initiative he could abide.
And long before he came to the Senate, Kerry made a national reputation as the spokesman for those whose solution to Vietnam was simply to run away. Moreover, he earned that rep by publicly slandering an entire generation of U.S. soldiers as — in his own words — "war criminals."
Now America faces a chal lenge unlike any it has ever before experienced: global Islamist terrorism.
But to Kerry, terrorism is a law-enforcement problem, to be fought like organized crime or gang violence. And — for all his equivocation on a pledge never to use military force unless its purpose meets a "global test" — his record suggests strongly that he meant precisely what he said the first time.
He first ran for office pledging that he'd "like to see our troops dispersed through the world only at the directive of the United Nations" — and he's rarely strayed from that position.
Yet even when America put together a global coalition and United Nations endorsement to oust Saddam Hussein from Kuwait in 1991, Sen. Kerry actually led congressional opposition to that effort.
Once the war was being prosecuted successfully, however, Kerry started waving the flag — even praising the first President Bush's "moxie."
This time around, Kerry endorsed the removal of Saddam Hussein as a threat to America's security and voted to authorize the unilateral use of force.
Then, when the postwar picture grew complicated (and radical antiwar can didate Howard Dean seemed to be running away with the nomination), he turned against the war, voting against properly equipping supplying troops then in harm's way — explaining that he'd only meant to "authorize" the use of force, not actually to use it.
For two decades, he has voted to slash America's defense budget, eliminating vital weapons systems.
As recently as 1994 — just one year after the first World Trade Center bombing — he proposed mammoth cuts of the Pentagon and intelligence-agencies budgets. Many of Kerry's own Democratic colleagues took to the floor of Congress to warn that his cuts endangered America's security.
In the end, even Ted Kennedy voted against Kerry's proposed defense cuts as too drastic.
Yet, the following year, Kerry voted to freeze defense spending for seven years. The year after that, he introduced a bill to slash defense spending by a further $6.5 billion.
Today, Kerry campaigns as a deficit hawk, citing his support of the Reagan-era balanced-budget bill. At the time, however, he boasted that he only voted for the bill "to force the Reagan administration to cut defense spending."
John Kerry, in short, remains firmly in the throes of Vietnam syndrome, afraid to take the steps needed to protect America from threats to its security — and, even worse, tailoring his worldview to his current standing in the polls.
And, by the way, he now campaigns against the Patriot Act, calling it a threat to our civil liberties. Yet he voted in favor of that very same bill, too.
Little wonder, then, that John Kerry has spent almost no time on the campaign trail talking about his record. Because it's the skeleton in his closet — an endless litany of left-wing votes and proposals that refutes his headlong rush to the political center as Election Day draws near.
On domestic issues, the record is the same: Kerry's campaign pledges and pronouncements are totally contradicted by his 20-year performance as a legislator from Massachusetts. "I'm a liberal and proud of it," Kerry declared in 1991 — and nothing he's done in the Senate suggests otherwise.
He has voted consistently to raise taxes — though on other issues, he is consistently inconsistent: opposing the death penalty for terrorists in 1996, then supporting it in 2002; voting for the No Child Left Behind Act, then attacking it as a "mockery"; opposing work requirements for welfare recipients, then voting for welfare reform; saying he opposes litmus tests for federal judges, then vowing to impose one if he wins this year.
And at a time when soaring liability insurance costs — in the wake of sky-high jury verdicts — are threatening the U.S. health-care system, Kerry chose as his running-mate a multi-millionaire personal-injury lawyer who stands in the way of any meaningful tort reform.
Himself a multi-millionaire by marriage, Kerry unconvincingly pretends to champion the struggling middle-class even as his wife, Teresa Heinz Kerry, derides the work experience of Laura Bush — a former schoolteacher and librarian and a full-time mother.
"I don't know that she's ever had a real job, I mean, since she's been grown up," Heinz Kerry told USA Today — a remark for which she quickly apologized.
Ultimately, however, there is one over- riding issue in this campaign: the War on Terror.
That much became clear — to everyone, it seems, except John Kerry — in the ashes of the World Trade Center.
For most Americans, 9/11 changed the way this nation needs to think about external threats and national security.
But for John Kerry, still stuck emotionally in the Vietnam quagmire, it appears that there were no lessons to be learned.
Which is why America can't afford John Kerry as president.
New York Post Online Edition: postopinion
Why you shouldn't dare consider John Kerry as a candidate
If you do believe in communist principles, then you will be dissappointed that Vietnamese communist officials ordered a war museum in Ho Chi Minh City to remove a photograph of John Kerry from a display that was highlighted in "Unfit for Command," the best-seller challenging the John F'n Kerry's version of his military service and his antiwar activities. "Unfit for Command" described the photo as "part of an exhibit honoring heroes who had helped the Vietnamese communists win the war against the United States."
Folks, there is controversy about every single aspect of Kerry's service – from the time he signed up for duty, to his brief command of a Navy swiftboat in Vietnam, to his commendations, to his medical records, to his departure from Vietnam and, now, even the question of whether he was honorably discharged.
John Kerry, release your records!
It is increasingly clear that Kerry wants to offer the American people only the most sanitized version of events involving his military record. He wants to revise history to portray himself as a hero, rather than a traitor.
John Kerry is intentionally deceiving the American public about who he is and was.
He doesn't want you to know he was a reluctant veteran.
He doesn't want you to know he was a malcontent from the day he took on the swiftboat assignment.
He doesn't want you to know he padded his resume to glorify his own role in every action.
He doesn't want you to know he got medals for self-inflicted wounds.
He doesn't want you to know how and why he left Vietnam after only four months.
He doesn't want you to know how he changed sides in the war after coming home and embraced the enemy.
He doesn't want you to know how he maligned his comrades – falsely accusing them of war crimes and racism.
He doesn't want you to know how he "negotiated" with the enemy on foreign soil and came back promoting their political agenda.
He doesn't want you to know how he marched under the Viet Cong flag and the upside-down American flag.
He doesn't want you to know how he sold his country down the river.
He doesn't want you to know how he sold out the hopes and dreams of freedom for millions of Vietnamese.
He doesn't want you to know how he contributed to the holocaust that followed in Southeast Asia.
He doesn't want you to know ...
He doesn't want you to remember ...
I remember. I will never forget. And I know there are millions of other Americans who will never forget.
It's time for you to share those memories. Americans are a forgetful people. Many younger Americans have not been told the truth about Vietnam. Those of us who know the truth have just over a week to share it with those who don't.
Yes, Kerry is wrong for America because of his constantly evolving and heavily nuanced positions on all sides of issues.
Yes, Kerry is wrong for America because of his notorious track record in the Senate.
Yes, Kerry is wrong for America because of his failed character.
But, most of all, Kerry is wrong for America because of his treason in 1971. His treachery should disqualify him from consideration for the presidency. His sedition should disqualify him from serving in the U.S. Senate.
He has never apologized. He has never acknowledged he made a mistake. He has never asked for forgiveness. He has never tried to repair the damage he has done. Instead he has compounded the lies.
And that record of deceit should disqualify him even from respectable company among decent Americans.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR VOTE ON THE TRAITOR, JOHN KERRY!!

United Nations Fun Facts
From 1919 to 1946, there existed a somewhat similar organization under the name of League of Nations, which can be considered as the UN's precursor. UN membership is open to all "peace-loving states" that accept the obligations of the UN Charter and, in the judgment of the organization, are able and willing to fulfill these obligations. The General Assembly determines admission upon recommendation of the Security Council.
The United Nations Security Council is the most powerful organ of the United Nations. It is charged with maintaining peace and security between nations. While other organs of the UN only make recommendations to member governments, the Security Council has the power to make decisions which member governments must carry out under the United Nations Charter. The decisions of the Council are known as UN Security Council Resolutions.
The UN Security Council has five so-called "permanent" members. They were originally the five victorious powers of World War II: Republic of China, France, Soviet Union, United Kingdom, and United States. Ten other members are elected by the General Assembly for 2-year terms starting on January 1, with five replaced each year. The members are chosen by regional groups and confirmed by the United Nations General Assembly. The African, Latin American, and Western European blocs choose two members each, and the Arab, Asian, and Eastern European blocs choose one member each. The final seat alternates between Asian and African selections.
Here is a comprehensive historical list of elected members of the UN Security Council from 1946 thru 2005.
Decisions in the 15-member Security Council on all substantive matters - for example, a decision calling for direct measures related to the settlement of a dispute - require the affirmative votes of nine members. A negative vote - a veto - by a permanent member prevents adoption of a proposal, even if it has received the required number of affirmative votes. Abstention is not regarded as a veto.
As of April 2004 there have been 191 members of the UN; see United Nations member states.
In addition to the member states, there is also a non-member observer state: the Holy See (Vatican City State), which maintains a permanent observer mission at the UN headquarters. The Vatican is the smallest sovereign country in the world. Some international organizations or entities, such as the Palestinian Authority and Sovereign Military Order of Malta, have a similar observer status but not as "non-member states"; see UN General Assembly for a list.
While the principal headquarters of the UN are in New York, there are major agencies located in Geneva in Switzerland, The Hague in The Netherlands, Vienna in Austria and elsewhere.
At the first Special Session of the UN General Assembly held in 1947, Oswaldo Aranha, then head of the Brazilian delegation to the UN, began a tradition that has remained until today whereby the first speaker at this major international forum is always a Brazilian.
Fortunately, much of the developed world pays comparatively little attention to the General Assembly, regarding it as irrelevant.

Charlie Brooker, a writer for the UK Guardian, calls for the assassination of President George W. Bush
"On November 2, the entire civilised world will be praying, praying Bush loses. And Sod's law dictates he'll probably win, thereby disproving the existence of God once and for all. The world will endure four more years of idiocy, arrogance and unwarranted bloodshed, with no benevolent deity to watch over and save us. John Wilkes Booth, Lee Harvey Oswald, John Hinckley Jr - where are you now that we need you?"What a nasty statement. I can't believe the Guardian even allowed that to be published. Nonetheless, it's always good to know what the enemy is thinking. So this is what I think: Charlie Brooker, the last time Brits like you tried to force your opinions on the American people, we kicked your butts and we can do it again if we need to. We pulled your asses out of the fire twice in the last century alone. If it weren't for us, you'd be speaking German right now, so be careful what you wish for. Americans know that you Brits are already running scared of the Islamofascists permeating your country. So good luck learning Arabic, putz.

Presbyterian: Muslims easier to deal with than Jews
Now, the bloodthirsty Arabs have run with the story, like they always do.
See, the comment was aired on Arab television and recorded by the Middle East Media Research Institute TV Monitor Project, or MEMRI TV.
The meeting with the terrorist – Sheikh Nabil Qauq, the leader of Hezbollah in south Lebanon – occurred Sunday during a visit by a 24-member delegation from the Presbyterian Church, USA. MEMRI has a video clip of part of the meeting on its website.
What is a follower of Christ doing with a barbaric, detestable Hezbollah leader?
No telling.
Fortunately, to their credit, three top officials of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) have written a letter to Jewish leaders with whom they met last month, renouncing a meeting earlier this week in southern Lebanon between Advisory Committee on Social Witness Policy (ACSWP) member Ronald Stone, a recently retired Pittsburgh Theological Seminary professor and the dirty representatives of Hezbollah.
Jewish rabbis wrote in response "We hope and pray that you will exercise the moral leadership required at this moment and repudiate these deplorable words spoken in the name of your church.”

Reunion: A Holocaust Memoir by Sara Pachter
..."I make it my business to attend every celebration of my entire extended family -- every engagement, wedding, bar mitzvah, bris, etc. I do my utmost to make sure I'm present. I do the same for all my close circle of friends from 'there.' We are a group of survivors, all from the same barracks, Number 267, from Auschwitz. We all make a point of keeping in touch, in general, but we also make a monumental effort to participate in every celebration that one of 'the group' makes. This is our attempt at avenging ourselves on our barbaric captors. We stand together, unified in the message that we declare loud and clear: 'We are still here today, and we will live on!'
..."When I arrived at the hall, I wove my way through the throngs of people, in search of the designated table. I threaded my way between the many tables, nodding in response to the greetings sent in my direction. When I finally found our table, I sat down and proceeded to look around the hall, keeping an eye out for newcomers, and anticipating the others of our group. I remember well the cacophony of voices, the cries of good wishes, and the fluent French swirling all around, a sea of unfamiliarity. "As is my custom at every gathering, I scrutinized my fellow tablemates. There were constantly new/old faces that suddenly resurfaced, and I delighted in the discoveries each time. Although it's hard to identify faces from so many years in the past, since decades had passed already since the liberation, I still have the habit of carefully studying the faces at every affair. So every new arrival to the hall merited a thorough inspection by me, as I searched for a hint of familiarity on each otherwise unfamiliar face.
..."Suddenly I froze, riveted to my place. Before me stood Ana! An image that I had tried with all my might to erase from my memory. I looked at her again, and felt my heartbeat accelerate dangerously. It wasn't easy to identify her positively after all those years, but the more I looked at her, the surer I was that indeed, beyond a shadow of a doubt, it was her!
..."She felt my gaze on her, and when our eyes met, a flash of recognition sparked in hers. She gave me a look whose message was clear. It was a desperate plea not to reveal her identity to those present. "All at once I was hurled back into that world of 'then,' a world which had rules and norms all of its own. No longer did I see the glowing bride. I didn't hear the sounds of song and rejoicing that filled the hall. All I heard were the sounds of the past. I felt like I was choking."
..."Ana was our Kapo. She was the butt of our hatred. We couldn't assimilate the fact that a Jew just like us, stemming from the very same hallowed roots as ours, could treat her fellow sisters with such abject cruelty. That pain cut deep, and was the source of the intense hatred that we felt towards her.

Examples of Anti-Semitism in the Arab and Muslim World
The Syrian régime (both under the late President Hafiz al-Assad and his son and heir, Bashar) has always been infected with anti-Semitism, expressed not only in statements made by Bashar Assad but also by the frequent use of anti-Semitic references in the controlled Syrian media and culture. An anti-Semitic book about the Damascus blood libel (See below), called The [Passover] Matzo of Zion , was published in Syria during the reign of Hafiz Assad and written by Mustafa Tlass, the Minister of Defense. It has been reissued many times and has never gone out of print.
In Syria, anti-Semitic books , newspaper articles, cartoons and television shows appear regularly. In general they are inspired by classic Christian-European anti-Semitism . The anti-Semitic “products” are exported to the entire Arab and Muslim world; the two closest target audiences are in Lebanon and the Palestinian Authority-administered territories.
The Syrian educational system is riddled with anti-Semitism. A study carried out by The (Israeli) Center for Monitoring the Impact of Peace (CMIP) in Jerusalem of 68 textbooks 1 used in the 11 th and 12 th grades in all subjects did not find one single pro-Jewish statement. The Jewish religion, according to the books, is racist , and the Jews are portrayed as having always been enemies of the Arabs , of Islam , of the entire human race, of the prophets and of God . Therefore, according to the textbooks, the worldwide hatred for the Jews is justified, and the Holocaust, whose extent the Jews exaggerate, was also justified. These themes appear not only in high school text books but also in the Syrian printed and electronic media and in speeches of Bashar Assad. The books examined were used in Syrian schools during the 1999-2000 school year.
Bashar Assad, though educated in a Western higher educational institute (in England), has made anti-Semitic statements. The most blatant was uttered during the Pope's reception in Damascus:
"We hear how they [the Israelis] kill the principle of equality even as theyAnti-Semitic books are regularly published in Syria. One of the most barefaced was written by Mustafa Tlass, the Syrian Minister of Defense , and called The [Passover] Matzoh [unleavened bread] of Zion ; it was published while Hafiz Assad was president. The book, which details the 1840 Damascus blood libel is still a best seller.
speak of Allah's having separated them from the other nations of the world. We
see them damaging the Christian and Muslim holy places in Palestine. They
desecrate the mosque of Al-Aqsa, the Church of the Sepulcher [Jerusalem] and the
Church of the Nativity [Bethlehem]. They attempt to destroy all the principles
of the monotheistic religions for the same reasons they betrayed and tortured
Jesus, and for the same reasons they tried to kill the prophet Muhammad.”
--(Bashar Assad to the Pope on May 5, 2001, reported by Radio Damascus).
The Damascus blood libel (1840) refers to the story of a Capuchin monk from Sardinia who disappeared in Damascus with his Muslim servant. The Christian community in Damascus, incited by the local French consul, accused the Jews in the city of killing the monk and using his blood in religious rituals. The local Ottoman governor arrested seven respected Jews and ordered them to be tortured. Two died and one converted to Islam to save his life. The British demanded the release of the remaining four, who were eventually released. The exploitation of this affair for propaganda purposes will be mentioned again in the section dealing with Jordan.
In the book's introduction Mustafa Tlass notes that the anti-Semitic blood libel has contemporary importance because the Jewish religion is full of “destructive perversions” and “dark hatred for all of humanity and all other religions.” Therefore, all Arab countries are absolutely forbidden to sign peace treaties with Israel – that was the fatal mistake of [the late Egyptian president] Anwar Sadat, who “sold his country to Satan.”
According to the October 22, 2002 edition of the London-based Arabic newspaper Al-Hayyat , the book enjoyed great popularity at the international book fair held in Damascus , at which 38,000 books were exhibited. A source at the Tlass Publishing House for Research and Translation told an Al-Hayyat reporter that the book's popularity was the result of “the younger generation's desire for information about the Jews [to learn] how they wronged and ill treated the Arabs and [sometimes] others , [and what] their motives were for killing non-Jews .”
In view of the great demand for the book, the eighth (!) Arabic edition was subsequently translated into other languages, including English , French and Italian . Mustafa Tlass promised that every new edition would contain an extra chapter or document which would shed light on the Jewish distortions of the Torah and on the criminal practices of the Jewish religion . He said the additions would be based on the words of Allah and quoted from the relevant verses of the Qur'an.
The International Court of Justice and the Crimes of the Rulers of Israel, a book pamphlet.
Author : Zafir bin Khadhra', Esq. (Legal counsel to the PLO, resides in Syria and is a member of the Palestinian national council; has expressed objections to the peace process)
Publisher : Dar Kan'an lil-Dirasat wal-Nashr wal-Tawzi', Damascus
Date of publication : 2001
The book preaches hatred for Israel, the Zionist movement and the Jewish people with added “ legal justification ”.
The first prominent feature of the book is its cover , which depicts Ariel Sharon, Israel's current prime minister, as looking “ typically Jewish ,” ugly and bloodthirsty (on his face and skull are bloodstains and a list of acts of slaughter); he is shown as behind bars. The illustration uses the familiar tactics of the Nazi publication, Der Stûrmer : The Jew is presented as ugly and evil with exaggerated, easily recognizable racial characteristics. That is done to de-legitimize him and his rights, to demonize him, to make him an automatic object of hatred and to prepare the ground for physical assault on and annihilation of the Jews as a whole.
The International Court is a propaganda pamphlet dedicated to “the heroes of the intifada” written “to prove to the world and the Arab and Muslim nations that Sharon and those in power with him [in Israel] are merely transitory and can be replaced, while Arab Palestine will remain forever… ” (p. 8). According to the foreword by Salim al-Za'nun, Chairman of the Palestinian National Council , the book presents material which will serve the International Court as grounds to indict Ariel Sharon, the Israeli prime minister, and other important Israelis, of committing war crimes against the Palestinians.
The book was written by a lawyer and has legal pretensions , but it merely an exposition in anti-Semitism and hatred for the Zionist movement. The introduction compares the figure of “ the ancient Zionist murderer ,” a legacy of the Old Testament, to “ the new Zionist murderer .” He accuses Israel, Zionism and Israeli prime minister Ariel Sharon of “crimes against humanity and genocide which are no less than the crimes committed by the Nazis .”
The Talmudic Perception – The Jewish View of the World
The Talmudic Perception was written by ‘Abd al-Majid Hammu , and is one of a series of anti-Semitic works by the same author. A review in the October 26, 2003 Internet edition of Al-Thawra, a government-affiliated Syrian newspaper, stated that the book exposed the Talmud's profound hatred for the world. It is the result, said the reviewer, of the distinction the Talmud makes between the Jews, as the chosen people, and the non-Jews, who are described as unclean animals created to live under Jewish rule. The Talmud serves the Jews, according to the article, as a source of inspiration for Zionist ideology, and teaches racism and hatred for non-Jews and humanity at large. It relates to non-Jews as animals created in the form of men whose only purpose is to serve the Israelites day and night and to praise the name of Israel .
The Protocols of the Elders of Zion – the Syrian interpretation
The following excerpts come from an article in Al-Ba'ath, the Syrian establishment newspaper (Internet edition, May 10, 2002). It was entitled “ An investigation of Zionist ideology proves that Zionism is merely racism .” The author, Wahhib Saraj al-Din based his “investigation” on The Protocols of the Elders of Zion and claimed that they clearly reflect Zionist ideology:
“This racism, which is worse than Hitler's, is derived from Zionist ideology,
and particularly from the Old Testament and the Talmud. One Zionist book
which reflects the extreme hatred the Jews feel for all humanity is The
Protocols of the Elders of Zion . The book is well known and studied,
however it must be continually rewritten (sic). Anyone who reads the book
immediately realizes he is reading ideas which are aggressive and
frightening, empty of morality and humanitarianism.”
“ This book contains within itself a message of hatred and hostility toward
mankind while desiring to control its resources. Actually, that is the sum
total of Zionism's barbaric legacy . Inhuman Zionist ideology is conspiring
to destroy the world, and to exploit and influence it to further its own
[selfish] interests.”
“The book [ The Protocols ] is made up of 24 chapters written and edited by theThe article then analyzes The Protocols which, it claims, show the Jews conspire to “destroy all other religions,” “enslave all other nations” and “destroy world economy.” That is to be done by causing strife, inculcating distorted values, misleading the younger generations, and by the use of aggression, wars and hatred causing death, poverty, famine, disease and alcoholism.
members of the first Zionist Congress, which was held in Basle in 1897 and led
by Theodore Herzl. There were 300 rabbis present, all of whom sanctioned the
plan to take over and enslave the world . Their motto was ‘Judaism above all
alse'. The participants chose the snake as the symbol of the Zionist movement… ”
According to an article in Al-Ba'ath published on April 28, 2003, the Torah (the first five books of the Old Testament) and the Talmud preach hatred of humanity. In accordance with Judaism's racist perception of the world, states the article, [non-Jewish] people are [no better than] animals and should be killed and gotten rid of . The Jews wrote the Talmud because [for them] “a dog is better than a foreigner [non-Jew]. A Jew may feed a dog on a holiday, but not a foreigner [non-Jew]. Meat should be given to a dog because it is better than [a foreigner].” The Jews claim Allah told them that “the more they killed non-Jews the closer they would be to
God…”
Holocaust denial and the identification of Zionism with Nazism : excerpts from “The connection between Zionism and Nazism,” a program broadcast by Radio Damascus on May 9, 2002.
“The documents published regarding the connection between Zionism and Nazism areAccording to a Radio Damascus commentator, incitement to commit acts of violence and destruction is a theme running through the Old Testament and the Talmud and is the basis for the "Zionist entity" [the State of Israel]:
factual and reveal one of the historical lies which have aided Zionism and
Israel throughout their career… The connection refutes all the claims and lies
of Zionism and the leaders of the Zionist occupation [of Palestine] that the
Nazis persecuted the Jews. If such persecution did exist, it was done in
accordance with a contract signed by the Zionist leaders and the Nazis to force
Zionists to emigrate to Palestine.”
“Many scholars have gone further and asserted that Hitler was a disciple of Zionist terror and that despite his cleverness he was incapable of surpassing his [Zionist] tutors, who obsessively
searched for the racist laws which would permit destruction and murder. [The Zionists] leafed through [Hitler's book] Mein Kampf to find support for their racist ideology and to distort historical and geographical Arab facts.”
“The Zionist entity was established on a series of religious and politicalAccording to the Syrian daily establishment newspaper Teshreen , the Zionist entity is artificial, incidental, racist and feeble, and will eventually cease to exist:
claims which are empty of meaning and have no historical basis . The Zionist
aspirations are terrorist and racist, and are in favor of discrimination, racism
and the collective liquidation of all non-Jews. They are rooted in the Old
Testament and in the Talmud , which regard the Jews as God's chosen people.
Zionist racism stems from Jewish ideas which are replete with violence,
vengeance, discrimination, feelings of superiority… The Old Testament teaches
its believers that the Jews' only hope is the annihilation of all non-Jewish
peoples … The Talmud calls for all nations to be bent to the will of the Jews…
Incitement to commit acts of violence and destructions are the leitmotif running
through the Old Testament and the Talmud. The Old Testament and the Talmud fuel
the terrorism , racism and tendencies to plunder and murder found among Jewish
intellectuals and politicians… Zionism is worse than Nazism …” ( Radio Damascus

“They, the Jews, have always lived in a closed socio-religious environment andAccording to an article by Dr. Bashir Khalaf which appeared on the Teshreen Internet site, the Jews stole the Canaanite and Babylonian heritage :
are a parasite on the body of the culture which gives them refuge. Extremist
Zionist-Israeli society, by means of killing, terrorism and deportation,
constructed itself on conquered Palestinian lands as an artificial entity . The
real danger threatening Israel comes from the same harsh ideological
contradictions on which it was founded. It is an artificial entity, extremist
and feeble …which was established as a result of [an international] decision on
Arab lands to which people who have nothing binding them together were brought…
[and it] exists by virtue of foreign money and stolen treasures, and on the
logical foundation of cheap political blackmail… It is racist in the extreme and
based on a hostile philosophy… [of] expansion and colonization, rejection of the
rights of others, cold-blooded murder …History cannot secure [to such] a Fascist
racist entity…the conditions for [its] continued existence ” ( Teshreen , June
16, 2002).
“The documents [which were discovered during the excavation of an Ugaritic city=====
in 1929]… proved that the beliefs found in the Torah were plagiarized from
ancient oriented Arab Mesopotamia. What the Jewish sages added was the aspect
called “divine,” which separated [Jewish] men from their brothers and the
cultures of humanity by means of a racist ideal devised by them … The Jewish
presence in the Land of Canaan included groups whose livelihood was based on
theft and which tried to destroy Canaanite culture… The first theft was the
Canaanite language … It is possible that their contact with the Canaanites might
have made them more humanitarian, but apparently their mental, emotional and
social makeup prevented them from entering the framework of Middle Eastern Arab
cultural life … The Torah claims that Solomon wrote a thousand poems and
composed three thousand proverbs. However, in fact most of them belonged to the
Middle Eastern, Canaanite, Babylonian and even Egyptian traditions . It is
written in Samuel II that [King] David danced before the Ark of the Covenant…
The dance was part of a Canaanite agricultural rite” ( Teshreen Internet site,
July 6, 2002).

A Smooth Stone "Think About It"
Notes from the Jew hater's "Palestinian" conference at Duke
=====
FIRST REPORT
StandWithUs sent people inside the conference... we wanted information so that we can work to counter... Some of this information is EXTREMELY important ...help shed light on this... send it around:
Hillel is a good way to infiltrate the organized Jewish community on campus..... that's because Hillel is a democracy...... Hillel makes it easy to get involved... Some Hillels have brought refusniks to speak... so it will be easy to get "in" and get on their boards...."take a position on their boards" ....That Hillel's guiding principles agree with Zionism but that different viewpoints are encouraged---so get inside ....and control the debate.
INCITEMENT of YOUNG CHILDREN IN AMERICA AGAINST ISRAEL -(obviously not their name for this, its ours...)
Palestine Education Project (PEP for short) (This is for young children.....around America)
Ora Wise led this session. She is the link between the ISM and the PSM.... Here is what people were told to do: Contact teachers all over the country..NOT PRINCIPALS... go directly to teachers ...so you can get in ....go to inner city schools. Speak to minority kids ...Thats what Ora Wise does ...Once in a classroom, here is how you teach about the Israeli oppression: Give a kid some water, but give other kids a lot of water. Give some kids toys and other kids no toys.Talk about the comparisons. The Israelis have the toys, the water. The Palestinians have nothing(and it is the fault of Israelis. Blame the Israelis)
Talked about how you educate young children in your classrooms about the injustices ...Get children to draw photos of their families in their homes. Then show them all the photos of what a Palestinian child would draw, reflecting oppression. (you can order these special pictures) Get a hula hoop. Get the classroom of kids to stand close together around the hoola hoop. Then put a child in the middle of the hoola hoop. The child in the hoolahoop is the Israeli. He has lots of space. All thewater. Everyone else is crowded and uncomfortable....
Palestinian rapper with images of oppression--suggested that people purchase this video (jsallom dot org)
LAUNCH A DIVESTMENT CAMPAIGN - more on this soon
PRESBYTERIAN DIVESTMENT
They will use the Presbyterian church to get the Episcopal Church to also divest from companies who do business with Israel...Work to Isolate Israel from the world community through divestment...more on this soon
BUILD BRIDGES between different campus groups..
RADICAL THOUGHTS By NASSER ABUFARHA--author of the Alternative Palestinian Agenda, and doctoral candidate of Cultural Anthropology of the University of Wisconsin
Some of his thoughts: Israel, THE COLONY....is not supported by any other state but by a Jewish population all around the world ...The very IDEA of a Jewish state is the problem. There should be no talk of a Jewish state. Ending the occupation will NOT end the struggle. Pulling out tanks will not end the struggle. The STRUGGLE is to END the state of Israel. We should not be expected to give up our country to MAKE ROOM FOR ISRAEL. Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Hizbollah... are not radical groups... they are theological outcome of the establishment of a Jewish state on Arab land. PFLP (One of Arafats original terrorist groups)is a leftist group....its only a liberal group. Not a radical group...Challenge the very notion of the Jewish state. Zionism is incompatible with a two state solution.... the two state solution can never work....
DIANA BUTTU stressed that the 1967 war was not a defensive war, that Israel was the aggressor in 1967. She sourced an Israeli historian... Avi Shliam (It makes me crazy that left-wing Jews let themselves be used by their enemies!)....as her source...Bus 19 is evidence of occupation. Two state solution is not possible. Israel is the problem.
MAZIN QUMSIYEH - "Zionism is a disease..."Talked about the right of Return.... the only thing standing in the way of the right of return, is the idea of the Jewish state.
SATYA - from the Ruckus Society She made the Tiananmen Square analogy with Palestinian child and tank inIsrael.....She proposed that cutting down the fence in Israel is a viable nonviolentdirect action...
AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL ....Marty Rosenbluth (Having a Jewish surnames always helps attain positions of authority within your enemy's ranks - note Rosenbluth, Wise, Shliam, etc.), is quote, Israel Occupied Territories Specialist. To his credit(?), Rosenbluth challenged the PSM to eliminate guiding principal number five that does not come out against terrorism.... he proposed that the PSM needs to take a stand against terrorism in order to be consistent ...international law requires the use of force to distinguish between combatants and civilians. This does not only apply to Israel, international law is a two way street.. you cannot condemn Israel for killing children while not condemning suicide bombings and killing children at a pizzaria...The PSM was handing out leaflets against this stance by Marty Rosenbluth ....Rosenbluth also drew attention to the Palestinian State Security Court that Al Gore visited and commended ...Rosenbluth says that in actuality these quote, courts are being used to try quote, collaborators (or people who want democracy....) and the trials are only 15 minutes long, taking place at midnight, and people are executed after these trials. Amnesty International has met with Hamas, etc... and has been trying to convince them to stop using terrorism. The fourth Geneva convention is explicitly against the use of using human shields and the use of child soldiers....
USE BIRTHRIGHT TO GET TO ISRAEL, then Join the ISM --the INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY MOVEMENT.... cut Israel's fence, be an international witness to Israel's terrorism, stop the bulldozing, etc...Jessica Rutter presented...she began the divestment campaign at Duke, she went to birthright and then to the ISM....she brought this conference to Duke...Among things said, Jessica wonders about the story of Masada... and if it did take place, what's the difference between those Jews killing themselves and the Palestinians killing themselves? Israelis kill Palestinians indiscriminately.
Occupation stories..... horrific stories were told... demonizing Israel....you need internationals to walk with the Palestinians because the Israelis will shoot at Palestinians if there are no internationals.
ONE STATE SOLUTION SESSION
There were 200 people there. Since it was a racist apartheid state, its RACIST for Jews to have a state. But it's OK for Muslims to have their own countries?
