Gorelick: I won't quit Sept. 11 commission
Well, that's really bad news but it's no surprise that she would want to remain in such a powerful position, which is simply to be part of an historic panel that wants to bring down the President of the United States.
Jamie Gorelick was deputy attorney general under Clinton from 1994 to 1997, and now is a partner at Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering, the same law firm which is simultaneously defending the Saudi government and/or members of the Saudi royal family in lawsuits brought by the families of 9/11 victims.
Conflict of interest?
You bet.
