Where are the moderates?

We've been told, time and again, that the Islamic fundamentalists who lust Jewish blood are but a minority and that not all Muslims think like they do.

Fine. Great. Glad to hear it.

But today, yet again in Israel, at least 40 people were injured and more than 12 people killed in yet another murderous bombing by Islamic fundamentalists.

Yet we haven't heard any protest or shame from any Islamic moderates.

Where are these so-called Islamic moderates? Are there any?

A Tribal and Dysfunctional Culture

European heads of state artificially created every Arab nation. Syria, Jordan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and all other Arab countries were invented by European colonialists.

Why is that important to know?

It's important because Americans and others need to learn that America and Israel are facing the greatest evil ever to be dispatched on this earth and we all need to be reminded that the whole concept of nationhood is foreign to Arab Muslim culture. In the Arab world, it is the tribe that counts.

Which leads us to this point: there is no genuine difference between Arabs who call themselves "Palestinians" and all other Arabs.

There has never been a separate or independent "Palestine" state or "Palestinian" people.

The myth of a Palestinian homeland that has been perpetuated from the bowels of the PA and the PLO is exactly that - a myth.

If there was a "Palestine" at any time in history, we challenge anyone to tell us who were its leaders. What was its currency? Which nations had diplomatic relations with it? What was the language? What were the borders?

Examples of Columbia's problems:

* Outspoken Palestinian advocates - openly antagonistic to Israel and Zionism - teach every course offered on the politics or history of the Arab-Israeli conflict in the department of Middle Eastern and Asian Languages and Cultures (MEALAC).

* 78 percent of MEALAC faculty members signed a petition that compares Israel to apartheid-era South Africa (a comparison Columbia's President Lee Bollinger called "grotesque and offensive") and calls for Columbia to divest from companies with interests in Israel.

* Hamid Dabashi, chair of MEALAC and professor of Iranian studies, declared at an April conference that Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld was equal to Attila the Hun as "a destroyer of civilization" for his role in the liberation of Iraq.

Those of you with influence at Columbia might want to react.

Some perspective, please

There has been a recent rise in revisionist rants and sycophantic screeds promoting the pro-Palestinian pap normally associated with the lunatic left, Holocaust deniers (who claim to have no position on Israel but who promote literature which indicates otherwise) and radical Islamists. However, it is not these usual suspects who are responsible for this rise in rubbish, but rather a fringe faction of prominent libertarian pundits who, in thinking themselves wise, have proven themselves to be intellectual Pygmies.

On September 4, 2003, the IAF flew three F-15 fighter jets over Auschwitz as a symbolic flyover, 60 years too late.

IDF soldiers saluted at the IAF planes over Auschwitz from their vantage point at the gates of Auschwitz.

The IAF can flyover Auschwitz which is filled with dead Jews, while the IAF in 2003 cannot fly over Ramallah to wipe out the Nazis/Arab terrorists of today.

Poor Ibrahim Hooper

Ibrahim Hooper of CAIR cried today because he felt that Muslims are being discriminated against in the United States.

Here's a fact, Ibrahim:

FDR rounded up tens of thousands of Japanese Americans during WWII. Bush only rounded up 1000 Muslims. In case you weren't aware, all 19 of the 9/11 hijacker/murderers were fanatical fundamentalist Muslims - they were extremists. No, not every Muslim thinks like these 19 did. But should our government, the government of the United States, pretend there is a terrorist threat that - instead - comes from Rome? Instead comes from Sweden? Or from Aruba?

No.

Apparently Muslims are forgetting that every single one of the 9/11 murderers were Arab fundamentalist Muslims.

Again, to repeat, so as no one misunderstands, not every Muslim thinks like these 19 did. However, to repeat, all 19 hijacker/murderers were fundamentalist Muslim extremists.

And no press release from CAIR or anyone can change that.

Ibrahim, you're on the wrong team.
