I knew Al Gore had it wrong

For most of us who read comprehensive news and science reports, we know that sea levels have been rising since the end of the last ice age, most rapidly about 12,000 years ago. In recent centuries, the average rate has been relatively uniform. The rate was higher during the first half of the 20th century than during the second. At around a couple of millimeters per year, it is a residual of much larger positive and negative changes locally. The risk from global warming is less than that from other factors (primarily geological).

Or so we thought.

Today, in glaring contrast of scientific research, we learned that drought, climate change and pollution are all because of our lack of faith in Allah.

That's right folks, take my word for it, lest we forget, lest we get decapitated. Radical sheik Mohammed Omran said so, so it must be true. And he has proof too. What is his proof? He cites Mohammad:
What are the people now crying for? The prophet told you hundreds of years ago, 'Look after the water'.
Oh, gee. What riveting, forensic proof. Al Gore, are you listening?
